About this property

Listed modern house with heated pool between pond and ocean

You will enjoy the heated, secure swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden terrace (150m2) in a garden with trees and flowers. The terrace is furnished and extends a bright living room (50m2). The tourist office of the Gironde came to visit our house to classify it. It is a house inhabited the rest of the year and is therefore comfortable and very well equipped (quality bedding, small and large appliances, barbecue, various equipment ..etc).

In order to make your stay pleasant, I leave at your disposal a guide of use of the house with also tourist recommendations.

Travel with peace of mind: the package 'sheets, linens and cleaning' is included in the price of your rental. We also have baby equipment: high chair and cot. We also leave bikes, surfboards, ping-pong, toys, beach games and board games ...

Ideal location: close to all amenities accessible on foot or by bike (bakery, butcher shop, crossroads contact, post office, press house, pharmacy, 6 km from the ocean and 4 km from the basin .....) and car 5 minutes from the pool and 5 minutes from the ocean.

Many activities are possible (ocean beach, Arcachon basin, tastings, local markets, surfing, walking or cycling with a direct departure from the house to walk along the Lège Canal or reach the salt water and the port of Ares ...). The city of Bordeaux (a UNESCO heritage city) is 50km away.

If you wish to book, I will send you a standard rental contract where you will be asked for a certificate of insurance for the holiday homes (certificate generally included either in the civil liability or in the home insurance of your house).

We hebben met ons gezin een week in dit heerlijke huis doorgebracht. Superfijne plek, dichtbij de stranden en leuke dorpjes. Rustige buurt en heel ruim huis met supergoede voorzieningen. Komen graag een keer terug!

Très bon séjour dans un charmant plain pied avec une très belle piscine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant plain pied très fonctionnel. Beaucoup de choses mise à disposition par le propriétaire permettant de divertir l’ensemble de la famille tout au long du séjour. Une super piscine, et un jardin très agréable au calme sans vis à vis. Seul petit bémol pour nous, l’absence de climatisation qui a rendu les nuits moins agréables. Dommage dans cette gamme de réservation saisonnière. Je recommande ce logement qui vous permettra de passer de paisibles vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison, elle est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et a répondue à toutes nos attentes : elle est très bien située, le quartier est calme, proche des commerces et des pistes cyclables. C'est une maison très confortable, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Rien de manque : barbecue, vélos, table de ping pong, documentation sur la région, et la piscine chauffée est vraiment très agréable ! Un séjour reposant et une très belle région à visiter, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : la maison est idéalement située (proche pistes cyclables, commerces....) dans un quartier calme. Très bon accueil, la maison est confortable, propre et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée est très agréable, Rien ne manque : vélos, barbecue, table de ping pong, documentation sur la région....... Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location et reviendrons probablement un jour......

Maison très agréable dans un quartier calme

Maison récente de plain pied bien agencée et bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Terrasse donnant sur un jardin ombragé propice au farniente. Propriétaires agréables, ayant laissé beaucoup de documentation sur la région et ses agréments ainsi que sur le fonctionnement des nombreux appareils ménagers laissés à disposition. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
