This historic ranch located on 33 private acres is located within walking distance to Travelers Rest State Park and only a ten minute drive to Missoula.

The section of the creek that runs through the ranch has great wade fishing for cutthroat, brook, rainbow, and brown trout.
You will be amazed at the abundant wildlife, including deer, turkey, elk, hummingbirds, osprey, and eagles!

This great cabin has two bedrooms and a den upstairs to sleep five comfortably. If you need room for additional guests, the downstairs level sleeps four, with an extra two bedrooms and also has its own separate kitchen! Perfect for a large family or a relaxing trip for a group of friends.

The upper level features a kitchen, fireplace, dining room, and a sizable outdoor deck!

Each living room has its own flat screen tv and the home is equipped with high-speed wifi.

The perfect spot

Kate was a very gracious host. She was very accommodating for unique situation. The propert was amazing. We had a very peaceful stay. The creek is definitely a hugebselling point. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Review for the stay that did not happen

Booked this home for the Missoula Marathon. On the day of our check in, I reached out to the owner. At that time, she canceled the booking. She responded with “I don’t know what happened but I removed this listing from VRBO and canceled all bookings”. She then refunded my payment. It was a nightmare finding alternative accommodations during the busiest weekend of the year. I did not get an apology. 0 stars.

Fly fishing trip

House and location were excellent. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We used the house as a central point to fish several of the incredible rivers nearby. We will definitely come back.

Spacious cabin convenient to Missoula snd Lolo

The property was clean and comfortable for all of us to spread out! We really enjoyed watching deer, wild turkeys and even two foxes from the front yard. Very convenient to good restaurants and outdoor activities in Missoula and Lolo.

Spectacular home

Needed a place large enough for my family and were delighted to find this country home with four full bedrooms and a den that could sleep one more. It's in a natural area with wild turkeys strolling through the yard. The house was everything you imagine a western ranch to be. We were more than pleased.
