This property was perfect for our family to stay in. We felt so at home and celebrated a birthday here. Beautiful neighborhood and a great stay all around.
Beautiful home in nice area! Perfect for the four of us with room for at least four more. Very clean and owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend!

Weekend in Missoula
Nice home in quiet neighborhood with easy access to town.
Should not show or mention Hot tub that renters can’t use !!
Otherwise a lot of space & rooms to relax & enjoy.
The house was nice and clean, it met our expectation. The neighborhood was also really nice. There was a side walk that is nice for a morning run or walk. We will definitely book again!
This property worked great for our three small families to get together. Yard and fencing was nice for kids to play or a game of badminton.
Lower level was great to kids to slumber party. A practical place for all ages.
Fully-loaded home. Very clean and comfortable. Tons of beds and sleeping options. Homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. Seems a bit far from main business district in Missoula when looking at a map, but in reality it was only 10-15 minutes from everything.
The property was great. Awesome location on the edge of town. Close to the river for swimming and fishing. Also close to a disc golf course and delicious brunch restaurant.
It was perfect for the 6 adults. The only drawback was there isn’t a hand rail on the steps coming into the house or up to the main living area so it was an issue for 2 in our party.
The house was very nice and big enough to accommodate 9 people. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful yard but was too dry to have a fire. Very quiet neighborhood. Distance away from everything is about 4 miles but not totally bad to get to! If you have elderly people it’s split level so must be able to navigate stairs.
We had some difficulty getting in at first, but the cause was unavoidable. We had 8 adults and 1 3-year old and had plenty of room to accomplish everything we needed to. Our granddaughter had a great time running around and exploring things too. The house was well stocked with cooking needs, it was just like being at home away from home. Thanks so much!!
We absolutely loved the location and the quietness of this property. Sitting on the patio and being able to have windows open at night and no noise.
One glaring safety measure was no handrail at the front steps. The first step was taller than normal. We are Grandparents so trying to step up with nothing to hold on to was very scary and dangerous. The same way in the house. Stairs to go upstairs had a hand rail. To go downstairs there was no hand rail and the stairs were carpeted. We would try holding on to the bottom of the railing from the stairs going upstairs so not to lose our balance.
Over all the rest of the house was very nice and perfect for our large family.
The shower door needs to be fixed, it would not slide right and could not get it completely closed. There was no towel rack in the downstairs bathroom.
This house could be perfect with just a few updates with safety features, fix shower door, add towel rack.
We would definitely rent this house again if we all went to Missoula again. Very enjoyable.
We had a group of 4 couples and all had their own rooms. The property was clean, quiet and only 10-15 minute drive from Grizzly Stadium. We would definitely stay there again.
Such a great house! It’s on the outskirts of town but had an amazing yard for games- we had a blast! hosts were great and the house had everything we needed.
Very quiet neighborhood and deck was nice to have a drink on. It was a super warm weekend and the thermostat is programmed to be too warm for such warm summer nights. Since it was only two nights we didn't take the time to figure out how to keep in cooler during the middle of the night. I would recommend the property and would stay there again.

My husband and I both have deep roots in Missoula. We have owned this home for 15+ years. We are very active and love to boat, rzr ride, snowmobile, ski, Harley ride, travel etc! We love providing a nice, clean, comfortable place for guests to enjoy together as a group while attending weddings, reunions, concerts, golf, or just vacationing in our community. As we travel some ourselves, we appreciate being able to have a reasonably priced place for all our friends/family to be able to stay together, stretch out and relax.
