About this property
Large chalet with terrace
A playroom of 60 M2 (see photos) which is common for three cottages but it is a room apart. Nearby, a free shuttle operates in permanent rotation between 8:30 and 18:15 and allows access in 5 minutes to the Center Station. The area is flat and very quiet although being very close to the first lift. Summer and winter vehicles come in front of the chalet. They are located at the place called "pramouton.
Everything is possible: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ice rink, climbing via via ferrata, sailing and windsurfing 15 km, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, hiking in the mountains and high mountains (La Barre des Ecrins 4103m is 50km away).
In the vicinity, the swimming pool of Les Orres resort (50 M), with a view of our beautiful mountains. The location of the chalet has a view of the valley in the heart of the mountains. We are also 15km from EMBRUN with its lake with grassed beaches.
Everything is possible: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ice rink, climbing via via ferrata, sailing and windsurfing 15 km, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, hiking in the mountains and high mountains (La Barre des Ecrins 4103m is 50km away).

Grand chalet
C’est un grand chalet bien situé. Notre interlocutrice est très gentille et disponible. Cette location pourrait être top mais c’est dommage car c’est un peu gâché par des choses que le propriétaire pourrait facilement améliorer. Tous les lits simples sont équipés de matelas pour enfants en terme d’épaisseur donc pas confortables, les joints des douches sont noires et celle du haut non éclairée, le coin salon est équipé de deux clics clacs en fin de vie. Un grand canapé et fauteuil serait plus convivial pour 14 personnes. Et de manière générale il manque beaucoup de rangement alors que l’espace permet de mettre des meubles. Et les vmc sont très bruyantes dans les toilettes, surtout en bas et cela s’entend dans la chambre. C'est dommage car sinon le contact humain est très bons.

Super sympa
Nous avons était accueillis par Monique qui est super sympa et dynamique. Le chalet est à 1km de la station, il est très spacieux et bien aménagé. Je recommande vraiment les lieux et je pense y revenir car le chalet dispose aussi d'une salle de jeux même si celui ci était fermé pour cause de Covid.
