Schöne frisch renovierte Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk mit Aufzug. Intermarché-Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Altstadt von Annecy ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fonctionnalités et emplacement au top

Beau F3 de surface très correcte pour 4 personne dans quartier calme. Grand box pour garer son véhicule ( même 2 ) et les vélos. Tout confort avec MAL et LV Très bien situé à 10mn du centre et 15 petites mn du lac. Nous sommes ravis d’y avoir séjourné.

Grand appart bien situé et orienté ouest, très chaud.

Appart situé tout près de la vieille ville permettant de se déplacer à pied pour visiter et éviter moult bouchons. Très bel espace nuit, 2 gdes chbres et sdbain. Espace séjour et cuisine à 27 degrés la nuit, prévoir un refroidisseur d'air. Tv: réception intermittente de 3 chaines.Séjour bruyant bien qu'au 4e étage avec ascenseur: immeuble en construction en face et travaux chez le voisin pendant toute la semaine. Garage pour la voiture, bien sécurisé.
