Logement conforme à la description, bien équipé (pas de wifi toutefois), situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme à 20 minutes du lac et du centre d'Annecy. Bonne literie.Stationnement aisé au sein de la résidence.Arrivée et départ en toute autonomie. Pas de commerces à proximité immédiate mais à 1km max. autour.Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.Séjour très agréable dans ce logement où on peut profiter d'Annecy et de son lac, à pied.

Très bonne semaine a Annecy

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du lac et du centre historique. Le logement est bien propre ainsi que les parties communes de l'immeuble. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

A very pleasant week in Annecy, flat is close to town so sights within walking distance. Flat would benefit from WiFi especially as so much with Vrbo and other attractions is undertaken on-line

Parfait!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour,appartement confortable,très belle vue sur les montagnes. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas la climatisation mais a par ça tout est parfait.

Nice and affordable place in Annecy

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (9, 13, 14). It was probably the limit, but still it was ok, and there was enough dishes and everything. Walking distance to the beach 25 min, but there are nice and less crowded beaches nearby. Car distance 15-25min. The neighborhood is not the best, but its ok. The flat is very clean and nicely arranged. The next door neighbor is also very nice.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour l appartement est a 15 minutes a pied du lac ce qui est appréciable mais pour l environnement de l appartement il y a mieux.Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la cave privée pour stocker nos vélos la facilité pour ce garer la simplicité pour l arrivée et le départ et les echanges avec le propriétaire.Quelques point negatifs sur la vaiselle (casserole) sur la propreté de l interieur des placards et de la literie.

Bon séjour

Appartement lumineux, en très bon état . Logement adapté pour une famille de 5 et plutôt bien placé . Très facile de stationner dans la cour de l’immeuble. Seul petit bémol , manque un étendoir à linge d’intérieur pour 5 et les casseroles très très usées malgré le surnombre.
