Located in the heart of a beautiful pine forest crossed by a cycle path which allows to reach all activities and trade nearby, it benefits from an exceptional natural setting.
The Residence offers an outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool, unheated and unsupervised. It also has a children's play area, pétanque and beach volleyball courts, and ping-pong table as well as a laundromat.
The 30 m² apartment type T2 is located on the 2nd and last floor facing south, south is not overlooked and quiet overlooking the pine forest. Composed of a living room (with TV), a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), a bedroom, a bathroom with WC, and a spacious terrace with a garden furniture, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people: the bedroom includes a 160 bed and large storage cupboards and the living room sleeps 3 in 90.
A safe is available free of charge in the apartment.

Bed linen can be provided at a rate of € 10 per set.

End of stay cleaning is your responsibility or a cleaning service is possible for an average of € 50 excluding the kitchen area.

A rental contract will be established for the rental.
A deposit of 25% of the rental price will be requested upon booking (cashing of the check).
The balance of the stay will be payable 1 month before your arrival.
A deposit check of 350 € in case of damage to the accommodation will be required upon delivery of the keys (not cashed).
