Équipement de l’appartement indigne de ce niveau de prix. Draps usés. T’aies d’oreiller hors d’usage. Rideaux en lambeaux. Literie bas de gamme. ,etc. Rien à l’arrivée. Même pas d’éponge dans la cuisine. Aucun produit de nettoyage. Mieux dans l’hôtellerie une ou deux étoiles. Assiettes ébréchées, etc.

Vos commentaires ne reflètent en rien l’état de notre appartement. Ils sont faux et injuste. De plus, la personne qui vous a reçu s’assure qu’ils n’y a pas les problèmes que vous décrivez. Je note que nous avons pris la peine de vous laissez déposer vos bagages avant l’heure normal d’arrivée pour vous être agréable mais n’avons pas pu vous laissez accéder plus tôt à l’appartement car justement le ménage n’était pas fait. Vos commentaires sonnent donc plutôt comme une vengeance apparemment. Je précise par ailleurs que nous louons un appartement de grande qualité et en parfaite état mais nous ne sommes pas un hôtel. Je vous conseille d’aller à l’hôtel la prochaine fois.

Great apartment

A great apartment. Clean, spacious, good amenities and a great location. It has a raclette machine and fondue pot. Owner was friendly, helpful and kindly gave us an extension on final payment due to the uncertainty of being able to transit through France because of covid restrictions. Highly recommend.

Top Lage, gute Grösse jedoch stark renovierungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung liegt an bester Lage und ist grosszügig, bietet viel Platz. Babybettvorhanden. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Balkonmöbel haben ihren Zenith auch schon überschritten. Vorhangringe zum Teil defekt oder ausgehängt. Der ganzen Einrichtung würde etwas mehr Liebe & Sorgfalt gut tun. Leider ist der Zustand der Wohnung eher schlecht, überall Flecken an den Wänden, Bettet sind älter, welche dringend ausgetauscht werden müssten. Bei der Türfalle fürs grosse Zimmer fehlten alle Schrauben, weshalb diese abfiel. Abdeckung für die Lüftung im grossen Bad nicht mehr vorhanden. Mit einem Schraubenzieher und einem neuen Anstrich könnte schon einiges bewirkt werden. Kühlschrank hat kein Licht mehr, Bettwäsche teilweise mit kaputtem Reissverschluss. Gastgeber ist aber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Je vous précise que la poignet de porte que vous évoquez n’avait pas de problème avant votre arrivée et que nous ne vous avons rien demandé en dédommagement de la dégradation subit. Comme vous le dites, il s’agit d’un appartement à l’emplacement exceptionnel et au service impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Comfortable space but cleaning

The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable in a good location in the center of Montana. The owner was also agreeable to a discount as we booked at the last minute and the apartment would have otherwise remained vacant. A good outcome for all. Perhaps because we did book at the last minute, the apartment was not fully ready: there was no toilet paper, soap or dish-washing liquid and the cleaning wasn't great. Wi-fi wasn't working throughout our 4 night stay and a technician could only check it the day after our departure.
