Apartments Maris are new decorated apartments located on the beach in a small bay Ljoljinica, near Rogoznica, perfectly located for those who wish to discover more of the Dalmatian coast.
Our apartments are offering a spectacular unobstructed panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
We offer modern holiday accommodation in two comfortable and two studio apartments:

A4 Penthouse apartment Lux (4+2) for six people
A1 (2+2) for four people,
A2 studio (2+1) for three people,
A3 studio (2) for two people, each with a sea view.

A4 Penthouse apartment lux is newly-furnished, dining space is with LCD television with satellite reception, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and AC unit. Every bedroom has LCD TV with satellite reception and separate AC unit. Master bedroom have bathroom in suite and mini bar with fridge. Apartment have two functional and elegant bathroom including a shower. Towels and linen are provided, safe box and more on request. Wi-fi Internet access and air-conditioning is free of charge.

A1 (2+2) for four people is newly-furnished, dining space is with smart LCD television with satellite reception, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and AC unit.
Apartment has functional and elegant bathroom including a shower and bathtub. Towels and linen are provided, safe box and more on request. Wi-fi Internet access and air-conditioning is free of charge.

Parking for cars secured in a fenced yard by the house.
A barbecue grill is at your disposal in the patio of the house.

perfect Apartment by the sea

we had a pleasant time Razanji, Mariajana and Vice are perfect and friendly hosts. The Apartment is outstanding, everything is at the highest level, clean and modern. It's quit in the night and we had our breakfast every day with the direct view to the sea. Overall there is absolutely nothing to complain.

Wir hatten das große Apartment A4 ganz oben. Wir waren bereits einige Male in Kroatien, dieser Urlaub war mit Abstand der angenehmste. Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die Gastgeber verdienen die Bestnote, Marijana und Vice sind perfekte Hosts. Zu Beginn gab es gleich einen Begrüßungssnack in der Größe einer kompletten Mahlzeit (sehr lecker obendrein). Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist auf Top-Niveau, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Kühlschrank ist bereits reichlich mit Getränken vorbestückt. Und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich sagenhaft. Die Lage innerhalb des Ortes ist meiner Meinung nach ideal in Razanj gelegen mit Rundumblick in die gesamte Bucht. Den Berg runter zum Apartment muss man einmal machen, dann verliert man die Scheu, da es einigermaßen steil ist. Eine Bootsfahrt mit dem hauseigenen Boot gab es obendrein als Geschenk. Fazit: es passt alles so perfekt, dass die Bestnote eigentlich nicht ausreicht. Vielen Dank, Marijana und Vice!

Wir hatten 12 tolle Tage. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Haben uns mit einer kleinen Snackplatte und Cooldrinks herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und man hat einen Traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Ein paar neue Matratzen wären nicht schlecht. Der Sohn von den Vermietern hat uns eine große Runde mit dem Boot durch die Buchten gefahren. Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, aber nach ein paar Mal hat man es raus.

Wir haben den Ausblick auf die Bucht genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit Getränken, Brot und Beilagen willkommen geheißen. Sowohl ein Grillabend als auch eine Rundfahrt mit einem kleinen Boot wurden von ihnen angeboten und von uns sehr gerne angenommen. Wenn es möglich ist, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Eine Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Supermodern und blitzblank. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden mit Snacks und eigenem Wein begrüßt. Besser geht es kaum. Sehr ruhige Umgebung wie von uns erwünscht. Alle Ziele wie Split , Trogir, Sibenik und Nationalpark Khrr gut zu erreichen. Auto erforderlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Sehr schöne Wohnung für einen tollen Kroatien Urlaub

Einmalig ist die Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick in die Bucht von Razanj bzw. Rogoznica. Man möchte jeden Augenblick, den man in der Wohnung verbringt, auf der tollen Terrasse verbringen und den Blick schweifen lassen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer und vor allem der "Master Bedroom" mit eigenem Bad sind groß, die Einrichtung modern. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist völlig ausreichend. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür. Keine Straße versperrt den Zugang: Aus der Tür, über die Felsterrasse direkt ins Meer springen. Und zu den Gastgebern: Marijana und ihre ganze Familie gewinnen den Preis für die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten Gastgeber.

Just what we needed

We were looking for a rental property with direct sea access and not so touristy. We found just that. Communication with owners was flawless, and very friendly when we did indeed meet. White wine and olive oil are produced by owner, do come home with some! Overall, very well equipped apartment. View from the top balcony was awesome. Well located between Trogir and Primošten. We hope to come back...

Magnificent Modern Villa Steps From The Sea

Our hosts, Vice and Marijana were so friendly and helpful. They met us and offered us a toast with their homemade schnapps. What a wonderful way to be greeted after a long trip. To our delight we found a beautifully decorated, modern penthouse apartment for our stay. Complete with great air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The best part for us, however was the shaded terrace overlooking the most beautiful bay. We swam and played in the refreshing, crystal clear water and enjoyed the warm sun on lounge chairs sitting at the waters edge all for our use. Bring plenty of bathing suits because you might not wear much else except when you go into town to shop or eat. We could not have been happier with our accommodations or our hosts. We highly recommend you stay at Apartmani Maris and experience Croatia almost like a local. Thank you Vice, Marijana, and your beautiful children for giving us a truly unbelievable experience. We will consider you friends and look forward to staying with you again. Croatia is calling us to come back again!

We are a young family who decided to make a perfect little place for a great holiday.
In addition to what we have apartments for rent, we also produce and olive oil in our ecological olive grove in Klis field. We produce and homemade liqueurs and wine, all of our vineyards and fruit trees.
The main guiding principle is our personal experience and the desire to arrange and organize the house for the holidays, just the way we wanted for ourselves.
Conservation Policy for us is the most important task and also to provide guests everything needed for a perfect holiday.
Our main mission is the satisfaction and happiness of our guests, and our greatest reward is the return guests back to our house.

Why they chose this property

The house is situated a few kilometers outside Rogoznica center, in a peaceful location surrounded by olive trees, pines, and of course, the sea. House in on the beach with crystal clear sea water, no more than 2 m from the house.

What makes this property unique

Ražanj is the specific small tourist place of northern Dalmatia between Primošten and Marina, 50 km from Split and 40 km from Šibenik. Because of its diversity is well known and a favorite place for lovers of nature and peace who want to escape the tourist crowds and full beaches which is characterized by larger resorts on the Adriatic coast. Rocky beaches, uninhabited bay, unexplored caves, the hill Movar with the military fortifications, harbors, woods, bike trails, secluded church, lighthouse Mulo, crystal-clear sea .... all that you can see in just a 2 kilometers of radius . So far yet so close from touristic centers, where you can come in less than an hour by car. In just a 3o mile radius from Razanj are places you must visit as: Split, Primošten, Šibenik, Trogir, Kornate and the Krka waterfalls. But first let me first introduce you with the magic that is offered by the unpredictable nature of Razanj and all its beauty.
