Perfect

The Villa really has it all and is very well equiped. We were 6 people in total ranging in age from 15 to 73 and everyone really enjoyed it. BBQ is great, AC system works well in all rooms and the pool is amazing (really big). It was hard to get the kids out of the house as they liked it too much. Owners gave us a really nice welcome and good instructions and were avalaiable when needed. We will be back for sure!

Stunningly beautiful villa.

The drive from Gerona airport took us 45 minutes and was very easy.The host met us at the villa at 10pm and was warm and friendly. She was very helpful showing us how things in the villa worked. The villa itself is very big with a lovely downstairs open area with huge tv, 2 dining areas and adequate kitchen. The floors are all marble and it is all very beautiful. Upstairs two bedrooms are ensuite and two share one other bathroom. All have terraces that look over the stunning mountains and water. The aircon is very good and each door has pull down mosquito nets. There is large wardrobe space and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The outside area covers two sides of the villa and overlooks the water. There is a lovely pool, large dining table and chairs, a day bed, bbq, olive tree and other lovely plants. The area that you look out on really is stunning with beautiful boats passing by all day long. It really is a fantastic villa inside and out.We hired a car and I would say that it is needed to explore a bit further out. We drove up into the mountains one day, stunning but scary! The roads are narrow and winding and at one point we were level with the top of the pylons!! But you then come across some beautiful coves like Montjoi, which had the clearest water and dark sand. We also visited Canyelles Petite beach which again was beautiful, a typical small beach with lush wooded area and buildings nestled into the mountains. We would have explored further to areas like Cadeques but ran out of time. We would definitely come back to this area of Costa Brava and can highly recommend this wonderful villa. A definite 5 stars

Une semaine de vacances reposantes entre amis

Très bonne situation du logement. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Maison bien conçue et belle déco. Nous étions trois couples avec intimité préservée : salle de bains et WC pour chacun et en plus sdb et WC au RDC à proximité de la piscine. Je recommande. Une petite suggestion : il serait agréable à l'arrivée de trouver des produits de première nécessité tels que : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, quelques capsules Nespresso...

Roses mal etwas anders...

Nachdem wir über Jahre ganz oben in der C. Pythagoras residierten, wo wir mit Haus, Pool und Panoramasicht auf Roses und die Emporda bis zu den Bergen hin doch etwas verwöhnt waren, mieteten wir aus Zeitmangel nun mal sehr kurzfristig die erste Septemberwoche in diesem Anwesen ganz am Ende von St. Margerida. Auch hier hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal direkt vor dem Vogelschutzgebiet. Für Wanderer und Radfahrer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Der Kontakt zu den französischen Eigentümern fand auf Englisch statt und war stets schnell und angenehm. Das Haus und das ganze Anwesen ist sehr geräumig und bietet 3 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen mit guten Betten und ebenso guten Matratzen. Auf den Zimmern und im Wohnraum gibt es überall TV - allerdings bei uns nur in einem Schlafzimmer mit Internet/Netflix, auf allen anderen Geräten gibt´s zwar viele Kanäle, aber ausschließlich in französisch (dies aber nur am Rande für TV-junkies...). Am besten gefiel uns der große Pool mit stabilen 28° und sauberem Wasser. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht. Wirklich einzige kleine Kritikpunkte - falls es jemand genau nimmt: an manchen Wänden und Säulen nagt schon etwas der Zahn der Zeit, was in diesem Preissegment eigentlich nicht wirklich sein sollte - störte uns nun aber nicht. Leider ist die Mitbenützung der Garage nicht beinhaltet, war bei uns auch nicht nötig, wer aber im Hochsommer sein Auto aus der Sonne haben möchte, den könnte es vielleicht stören. Was wir bisher nicht kannten, diese Jahr aber teilweise bis zum Hafen zu vernehmen war - irgendetwas war an der Kanalisation faul - es stank immer wieder im gesamten Viertel wie in einer Kläranlage - dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts...!!! Insgesamt gesehen, ist das Anwesen die vergebenen 5 Sterne (knapp) wert und daher ein merci nach Toulouse an José und seine Familie.

Séjour très agréable à renouveler sans hésitation !!

Rien à dire a part PARFAIT !! Bon Accueil à l arrivée par le propriétaire qui reprends contact avec vous au milieu du séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. , villa agréable, aménagement neuf, propreté irréprochable, très calme, je recommande fortement mais en dehors de mes dates😂

Spacieuse villa avec belle piscine

Globalement très bon séjour. Accueil et propreté de la maison impeccable. La maison montre quelques signes de vieillissement et besoin de certaines retouches mais vraiment aucun impact sur le confort c'est plus point de vue esthétique. Je recommande :-)

Agréable séjour

Cette maison est très agréable et bien située à proximité des plages et commerces. Elle était parfaitement adaptée à notre besoin, 3 couples, avec une salle de bains pour chaque chambre. L'accueil de Mr Caplag est parfait et réactif à toute demande. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Wunderschönes Haus mit garantierter Erholung

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus, der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt direkt am Kanal, wo man den ganzen Tag die schönen Boote beobachten kann. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Für Kinder ist es sehr geeignet, der Pool, sowie die Terrasse sind mit Türen geschützt und von aussen zu öffnen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Overall a very great stay. Perfect for a good family holiday. The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable and too much light comes in even when shutters down which could be a problem for light sleepers. Rosas is an amazing place.

Une jolie saison en bord de canal

La maison de José est une jolie maison bien organisée , avec piscine, en bord de canal, à quelques km de Rosas. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilis, Et n’avons eu aucun mal à nous installer tant elle est confortable et bien équipée. La situation est parfaite pour explorer le coin, se mettre dans une ambiance Dalí, ou aller jouer au golf. Un petit bémol sur le manque de wifi, c’est un système de recharge peu commode, nous sommes donc allés au café... ce qui nous convenait, car manque de chance la cafetière venait de rendre l’âme. Petit souci également avec la pression de l’eau et la quantite d’eau chaude. Cela reste néanmoins une très bonne location, agréable, en famille ou avec des amis, dans un joli coin de Catalogne.

Splendide villa dans un havre de paix !

Une prestation à la hauteur de nos attentes voir au delà ! Tout était réuni pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions . L'appontement avec un accés direct à la mer en moins de 5 minutes est un vrai plus pour tous les amoureux de navigation.(une côte magnifique ou il fait bon caboter) La marina est idéalement située car proche de plage (10mn) et des centres commerciaux (5mn) La piscine à fait le bonheur des petits et grands ainsi que la climatisation qui est présente dans chaque piéces de la maison. Si vous souhaitez décompresser nous vous recommandons cette villa.

SUPER séjour

Super séjour dans cette immense villa très bien équipée. La terrasse, au bord des canaux, est endroit rêvé pour faire des barbecues entre amis. Une super piscine et la plage à 10min à pied, parfait. Les commerces à proximités, une boulangerie à 5min parfait pour les petits déjeuners. si vous hésitez n'hésitez plus, ce sont nos plus belles vacances sur la costa brava. Et puis la propriétaire est très accueillante et dévouée. Nous connaissons notre prochaine destination. Merci et à l'année prochaine
