Independent apartment air-conditioned because strong heat heat kind sometimes, and well heated in winters. Ideal for a couple for more comfort or 1 couple with 1 or 2 children, close to all shops (bakery, fruit and vegetable futures 1mn walk, Intermarché 5 minutes walk, the beach is 5 minutes by car, 11 minutes from Capbreton, and 22mn Bayonne, bike path to the sea and others.
Activities: Labenne Zoo, Surf School, Aquatic Landes, beaches, Robinson Park, Orx Marsh Nature Reserve, Dune and Water, Reptilarium ...
-The rental is from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August

Why they chose this property
Nous avons choisi de nous installer à Labenne pour sa situation idéale entre l’océan, la forêt et la campagne. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et très pratique : tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Vous êtes à deux pas des commerces, des pistes cyclables, et à quelques minutes seulement des plages, de Capbreton, Hossegor et Bayonne. C’est un lieu de vie agréable, entre nature et proximité des lieux touristiques.
