Large Studio (27m2) 2/4 people in a small residence (LE COLVERT)
Located on the ground floor (raised)
Access to the beach opposite the residence.
Completely renovated: rental from 04/20/2018
New and complete equipment: LV, LL, induction hob, oven, microwave ...
During the day, it is a spacious and functional studio which allows 4 people to evolve easily.
At night, you have 2 REAL Double beds: 1 wardrobe bed and rapido type sofa bed (real bultex mattress). Very quick and easy installation for the 2 beds.
Terrace with garden furniture and deckchair facing south and garden 20 m2.
The ideal elevation of the ground floor protects you from outside view thanks to the hedge without depriving you of the superb view of the bay
From 15. 03. 19: possible provision of 2 new bikes (see photos) - information on request
Internet: there is a very good 4G network via your smartphone and connection sharing is therefore possible if you need to use a computer but we have not installed a box.

Magnifique, inoubliable

Séjour et région magnifique. Studio très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, très agréable avec une vue directe sur la baie du Crotoy, en face Le Hourdel, et plus éloignée Saint Valéry/Somme et falaise Ault... On ne s'en lasse pas. Nous l'avons quitté à regret.Que du plaisir pour les yeux. De magnifiques couchers de soleil. Studio très bien localisé, par rapport au centre ville (possibilité d'aller à pied faire les courses) et d'où l'on peut rayonner dans toute la région du treport à berck plage en 30 minutes (max 40 minutes pour le plus éloigné).Merci à Sophie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.Que du bonheur pendant 10 jours.

Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Sie hat bei kleineren Hindernissen oder Rückfragen schnell und völlig unkompliziert reagiert.

Un peu excentré par rapport au centre-ville mais quel calme. Ça nous convenait parfaitement. Quelques superbes restaurants et une magnifique poissonnerie sur la place Jeanne d'Arc.

Fantastische locatie

De studio is klein maar fijn. Leuk ingericht en ideaal voor een vakanite met 2 personen. Fantastisch zicht o pde sommebaai en de getijden. Een porte fenetre over de hele breedte van de studio met een klein voortuintje. Het zicht op de baai vanuit de studio en de voortuin is perfect maar door de ligging van de studio (bel-etage) kunnen de wandelaars op de dijk niet binnenkijken in de studio. De communicatie met de eigenares (Sophie) is uitstekend. Alles verliep zeer vlot en spontaan. Wij gaan zeker terug en zouden het iedereen aanraden.

J'ai tout d'abord beaucoup apprécié la communication avec Sophie... informations claires, disponibilité, écoute,... puis l'emplacement idéal du studio: la vue sur la baie est imprenable! Le logement est bien agencé, très clair... sans compter la terrasse ensoleillée... détente garantie, je reviendrai avec plaisir!
