Beautiful detached house overlooking the beach of Trescaou 100m, near the Pointe de Trévignon and the small port (selling fish and shellfish every night to the boat), quiet in a beautiful walled garden of 1200m2, with terrace of 70m2 well equipped, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue. You will reach the Pointe and the restaurants by a coastal path along the sea (1,5km approximately). The shops are in Trégunc, 5km. Nearby: the fishing port of Concarneau, the 'closed city', the Glénans islands, the painters' town of Pont-aven, the rugged coastline of Port-Manech, the rivers of the Aven and Belon lined with footpaths hiking.
