Large, bright modern house. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Large terrace (50m²) with outdoor seating area. One master suite with queen-size bed, one upstairs bedroom with queen-size bed, one upstairs bedroom with two single beds, 40m² living room, TV, Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven, microwave). Large bathroom upstairs (bathtub and separate shower), 1 shower room in the master bedroom (large shower), 3 separate toilets. Plenty of storage space, including a dressing room in the master bedroom. Outdoor shower (for when you come back from the beach). Easy access (5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot) to Kerambigorn beach, Dunes beach, Oiseaux beach, Kermuyl beach, and the slipway where you can take a boat to the Glénan archipelago.

Very silent indeed — and great to live in

we much enjoyed the two weeks spent in Laurent's beautiful and well-organized house. little luxuries such as the outside shower and the bicyles in the spacious garage, a very nicely equipped kitchen made all this a very pleasant stay. thanks Laurent for this impeccable experience.

Great House

New and modern as advertised, everything of a high standard and stylish, including the garden. Quiet elegant neighbourhood of similar houses. Just a little too far from the beach to go there for a short evening walk but far enough to escape the tourist noise even in high season. Highly recommended.

Schönes modernes Haus in Beg Meil

Das Haus ist aufgrund von 2 getrennten Schlafbereichen und ausreichend Parkplatz sehr gut für den Aufenthalt von 2 Familien geeignet. Es ist modern und ansprechend ausgestattet und liegt in einer angenehmen Wohngegend. Die Kommunkation mit Laurent hat stets sehr gut funktioniert. Check-in und Check-out verliefen hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zwar in Meeresnähe, aber….

Die Bezahlung und das Check-in war sehr mühsam, da der Besitzer nicht erreichbar war. Ein Check-out gab es gar nicht, wir mussten den Schlüssel deponieren und über die Garage das Haus verlassen. Das Haus ist sehr transparent und hat nicht überall Rolläden, d.h. wenn die Sonne scheint, wird‘s warm im Wohnzimmer. Ist von überall gut einsehbar, da auf allen Seiten Nachbarhäuser. Die Sonnenstore fährt bei Wind ein, hilft also im Wohnzimmer bei Sonne auch nicht. Das Badezimmer beim Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Und im grösseren Badzimmer oben, ist der Wasserdruck sehr schwach. Auch mussten wir - wir mieten oft und das war noch nie so - selber Betten beziehen, am Schluss auch abziehen, die Gartenmöbel von der Garage in den Garten bringen und den Abfall mittels einer Abfallkarte zur Entsorgung in den nächsten Ort fahren. Ein Willkommen und Ferienfeeling fühlt sich irgendwie anders an!

2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Bretagne

Rundherum gelungen…so lassen sich die Tage in Fouesnant-les-Glénan und in Laurent‘s & Valérie‘s Ferienhaus kurz zusammenfassen. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum und übertraf unsere Erwartungen nach der Beschreibung und den Fotos bei FeWo-direkt sogar noch. Modern, großzügig im Innen- und Aussenbereich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Dazu ist Laurent ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Der Kontakt war jederzeit sehr angenehm. Wir können es insgesamt nur empfehlen!

Entspannte Sommerzeit am Meer

Wir haben unsere Ferien mit Freunden in dem sehr großzügigen und modernen Haus genossen. Bei der Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht, die Zimmer sind so gelegen, dass zwei separate Bereiche vorhanden sind. Auf der großen Terrasse mit neuer Markise lässt sich der Tag im Freien genießen. Praktisch ist auch die große Garage, um z.B. Fahrräder unterzustellen. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft freundlich. Der Standort in Strandnähe (5min mit dem Rad) lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein, Concarneau und die Glénan Inseln sind gut zu erreichen. Laurent als Gastgeber hat alles perfekt organisiert!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Fouesnant

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr großzügig, hell und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich herzlich begrüsst und uns das Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Wir bedanken uns nochmal sehr herzlich bei Laurent und Valerie für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

Great property and area.

Laurent and Valerie were very helpful and welcoming. The property is very well equipped and even nicer than the photos. We were very pleased with the property. There are lots of lovely beaches very close by, with the closest being ten-fifteen minutes walk away (with children). The village centre with shops, bars,restaurants and bakery is just ten minutes walk away.

Tolles Haus, gute und ruhige Lage

Großes neues Haus mit 140 qm, Grill, schönem Garten, Garage, Waschmaschine, Gartenliegen in ruhiger Wohnlage. 700 Meter zum herrlichen Sandstrand plage de kerambigorn. Zentrum von Beg-Meil und Hafen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter Laurent und Valérie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns das Haus persönlich übergeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder nach Beg-Meil in das Haus von Laurent und Valérie.
