This beautiful and cozy apartment, recently completely renovated, is located on the third floor of a building centrally located, 5-7 minute walk from the train station and close enough to the city center (15 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride). Also convenient for those arriving by car (located at the exit of the freeway). The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 1 terrace, central heating and air conditioning for the summer months, Wi-fi, washing machine. The apartment has a wonderful view of the hills of the city and enjoy the cool summer led by the channel that runs beneath the house. Check in at 14. 30 - Check out at 12. 00.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Piazza Bra with the Arena where there are the famous opera festivals, Juliet's house, to Castevecchio, the Roman theater and other vestiges of ancient as well as in the shopping area.
Being near the motorway exit from our apartment is easily accessed by car to belissimo Lake Garda, with the playground, much loved by children and adults.

The location is ideal not only for tourists but for business travelers anche as, for example, it is close to the Verona Fair (ex. Vinitaly, Horse Fair, etc).
