You are only 35 minutes to Asheville Regional airport. You are essentially close to "everything" in and around Asheville/Black Mountain. The home is accessed via only paved roads.

Neighborhood: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their neighborhood.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
