Explore York Beach from this beautiful, clean, 3 bedroom (2 queens, twin bunk beds), 1 1/2 bath home on the Nubble. Enjoy the use of a large kitchen, formal living room, large family room with a bar, back deck and well-sized back yard for a carefree and relaxing vacation. The house is a short walk to Long Sands and Short Sands and is located in the heart of all the summer fun! Enjoy quick access to numerous restaurants, boutique shops and local attractions. Unwind after a day at the beach on the deck where you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail or evening grilling.

The house comes equipped with beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards so you will be ready to hit the beach when you arrive. It also has a Pack n' Play, booster seat, kids' cups and utensils, kids' games and some toys (indoor/outdoor). Cable, Wifi, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, all included.

Lovely week at a home away from home

We loved our stay here. The location is a 5-minute walk from Short Sands Beach. The house has everything we needed, included beach gear and a wagon to haul it all. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cook wear, a keurig, and kid-safe plates-cups. The fire pit in the backyard was great for a s’mores night. I wasn’t sure how check in would work since this was my first VRBO booking, but we got the check in instructions the morning of check in. Very easy process and good response from the owner. Heather, thanks for a nice stay!

Nice little home away from home

House was a very short walk to Short Sands Beach which is a great beach for families with children. It was tucked in a nice neighborhood which felt very safe. There is plenty of space for a full family and almost fully stocked with everything you could need. Only downside was that there is no air conditioning. There were fans provided but was not enough to combat the hot July weather. Heather, the host, was super responsive when we had a problem and even had an replacement appliance delivered to the house within 36 hours. Also, you do have to bring your own bed sheets which wasn't in the listing. Would definitely rent again if air conditioning was installed.

Great stay

We absolutely loved the house. It was very well equipped. The bonus room over the garage was a great space. The beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were well lit. Heather was easily available to answer any questions we had. It was truly a home away from home..

Perfect beach vacation

The property is in a perfect location to walk to either beach and the bonus room over the garage was a nice spot for all of us to hang out in the evening. It was great to also have some beach gear to use if needed. Thanks for a great stay in York!
