Vacation just 2/10 of a mile from Short Sands beach, shops and restaurants at this cozy, spotless and immaculate 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home!

Recent renovations include updating kitchen cabinets, new quartz countertops and a new side patio & front porch!

First level offers open floor plan so you can be in the heart of the action whether you’re cooking, dining or relaxing. The second level contains all the bedrooms (sleeps 8) and a full bath.

Amenities include gas grill, outdoor shower, window AC's, washer/dryer, WiFi internet, cable TV, Smart TV, dishwasher, and 2 coffee makers (Keurig and traditional pot). Off street parking for 2 large vehicles. Second floor deck with peek-a-boo view of the ocean, first floor 3 season sitting room with futon couch, outdoor patio and outdoor front porch.

While pillows and blankets are provided, bed linens/sheets are NOT. Guests must bring their own or utilize a local linen rental service at their own expense. Bath and beach towels are available for use but must be washed and dried prior to check out otherwise a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please be advised that there is a security camera and motion activated lights positioned outside on the side of the house that overlooks the driveway.

Awesome little cottage !

Great house for a getaway

Perfect house for 6 of us on a long weekend getaway. Easy walk to the beach and downtown but in such a nice and quiet little neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again

Hidden Gem in Short Sands

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could need—fully equipped kitchen, games, and books for downtime. Check-in was seamless, and Mark was proactive and clear in his communication throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all that Short Sands has to offer, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot that made for a truly restful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Home!

My family of 5 LOVED this York beach house! My husband said this is the best vacation rental I’ve booked yet, ha! Plenty of space for us and our 3 littles. Cozy accommodations, beautiful ocean waves in the background. We loved the convenient walk to the beach. We hope to be back!

Perfect location and size for a family

The space was great for our family of five! Plenty of room and perfect location to Short Sands. I had a couple of questions for the host and they responded within 30 minutes. Will def come back!

Perfect family vacation

We stayed for a weekend with our whole family , which is hard these days because everyone is an adult. We had the best time ever. Great location

The location was wonderful. Short distance to short sands and downtown York Village. I would suggest a handrail in the upstairs bathroom, in the tub and outside it. Lots of seating vault. I give this rental a “10”

ANOTHER AMAZING FAMILY VACATION

This was our second year at this property. We fell in love with this area of Maine last year and hopefully will make this a yearly tradition for our family. The house is perfect for us and being able to wander down to the beach with a hot cup of coffee in the morning is awesome. Mark is a great host, great communication, just couldn't be happier that we found his place. Great house, great location, great host. What more could we ask for. Thanks again Mark. Nice spot but

Walking distance from the beach, cute space, but note it's quite musty in the bedrooms, coordination over the phone with the owner is required, it's BYO sheets, and you must wash and dry towels (with a 10am check out) else $100 fine.
