Loved our stay! We stayed for two days for a concert at Aragorn Ballroom, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Jim kindly provided recommendations for places to eat, and the apartment was so spacious and clean! Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Jim is an amazing host. He checked in with us throughout our stay, recommending places to visit in the area and seeing if we needed anything. The apartment is adorable and there are nice little touches everywhere. The neighborhood is great and there are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train is also close by. We had no issues finding street parking which is almost unheard of in Chicago! We will definitely be back for our next weekend getaway in Chicago!

Very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend! It was the perfect home for myself, my husband and our adult daughter to stay for her graduation from Loyola. Not only was it a short distance from the campus, we also had tons of excellent dining and retail options nearby to enjoy. Andersonville is a gem! Jim is a fantastic communicative host and the home is impeccably clean and well decorated. Building and unit felt secure and parking was easy. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest places I have ever booked! Fabulous decor and neighborhood is very family friendly and LGBTQ friendly and walkable. The place is spacious, modern, charming, and spotless! It has every amenity one needs. The bathroom is wonderful and kitchen was great! It is 2 blocks to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Grocery is one block away. The train is 5 blocks away.

This is a wonderful place--thoughtfully furnished, impeccable condition, perfect location (with accessible on-street parking) with quick access to public transportation. Andersonville shops and restaurants are a block away, and the neighborhood is calm and pleasant. It can't be beat!

I chose this unit because of the location near our son & daughter-in-law's house. Was 1 block away and perfect for a weekend getaway in the big city. The pictures were spot on and the host ( Jim ) was outstanding. Everything was clean. Check in worked perfect. Have given the Vrbo info to our son for his friends to use if they come for a visit.
