très bon environnement; location perfectible

propreté moyenne à l'arrivée. équipements à réviser: rideau de douche( un pare-douche serait utile), pas de tapis de bain dans la salle d'eau, flexible de douche défectueux. de plus le montant de la prestation ménage est exagéré (75€ pour un 3 pièces de 56 m2)
