Little sea view from upstairs Ideal location in a quiet street above the port 600 m, near the town center and shops 800 m and the beach of Trestraou 1.3 km Ground floor: - entrance hall with WC - Equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tassimo, toaster... - Living room communicating with kitchen and terrace : dining table for 5, sofa, armchair, flat screen TV 100 cm, DVD player, internet access 1st floor: - A bedroom with a 160/200 bed and dressing room - A bedroom with two 90/190 beds and a dressing room - A bedroom with a 90/190 bed and chest of drawers - A bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub Exterior: south-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, garage with washing machine, green space, car parking in the driveway. The house is very well kept, great care and organisation has gone into what guests need and the organisation of the house. The location is really convenient for exploring the area, with the town and port a reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.

1 week stay in Perros-Guirec

Overall a very enjoyable stay in Perros -Guirec. Very well equipped in good condition holiday home. Quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants but this is down a fairly steep hill. This was not an issue for our party but may been a short drive for less able visitors. The only slight issue and I stress slight issue is the fact there is only 1 downstairs toilet placed in an under the stairs cupboard. Ideally there should be an upstairs toilet in the bathroom, this was not clear on the description. Again, this was not an issue for our party but would be for less able of larger parties.

Detached modern property with large garden near beautiful coastline

Celine manages a spotless, modern gite that makes an accessible holiday base for Perros and the area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the oven works well, and dining areas are outside and in. We appreciated the complementary cider, gateau Breton, and coffee pods! We found the beds uncomfortable as we don't like memory foam mattresses, and the toilet being downstairs is a negative factor, we think. Seating is limited in the lounge (a sofa and a chair), considering the gite sleeps 5 adults. The electric shutters are beneficial at night. To get to the shops in the centre of Perros, it is a 10-minute walk. The gite is at the top of the hill, so walking to the beach necessitates an ascent on your return. The area around the gite is quiet and suburban. We enjoyed our stay!

nett dekoriert - dürftige Sanitäranlagen - trauriger Garten

Landschaft und Lage sind toll, wobei es in dieser kleinen Straße mehr Verkehr gibt als erwartet. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön, die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren für 2 Personen ausreichend. Küchenausstattung ok, wenn auch eher einfach. Die Sanitäranlagen sind eine Zumutung. Die Toilette ist eine Besenkammer unter der Treppe ohne Möglichkeit zum Händewaschen. Einen Urlaub mit 5 Personen mag ich mir nicht ausmalen. Das Badezimmer hat nur eine Badewanne, was auch in der Beschreibung steht. Aber leider gibt es auch keine Befestigung für die Dusche, diese muss man festhalten. Das Badezimmer ist total eng. Das Doppelbett ist gut, die beiden Einzelbetten im anderen Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe - zu schmal, zu kurz und die Matratzen einfach nur furchtbar. Das Haus ist total hellhörig. Bei jedem Türenöffnen, Toilettengang, Treppe rauf oder runter sind zwangsläufig alle wach. Der Garten ist einfallslos, der Sitzplatz am Haus ist von der Straße vollständig einsehbar und bietet keine Privatsphäre. Fast 4 Tage hatten wir wegen einer Störung kein Internet, das hätte man vor unserer Ankunft prüfen können, somit hätte die Störung eher behoben werden können. Praktisch ist die Garage, um Fahrräder unterstellen zu können. Die Vermieter geben sich Mühe, müssten aber dringend insbesondere in die Sanitäranlagen investieren.

Individuell und perfekt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Individuell, mit sehr viel Geschmack ist es eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, den man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer perfekt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein für lange Spieleabende, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Heizung hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Jalousien verdunkeln komplett. Badezimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Toilette bietet Überraschung. Gerne hätten wir öfter auf der chilligen Terrasse ein paar Stunden verbracht. Gemütliche Möbel mit großem Tisch. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut. Besonders zu erwähnen, ist die große Garage zum Abstellen und Wäschewaschen. In 10 Minuten mitten in der City oder ab einem Strand. Hervorragend! Rundherum fünf Sterne von uns!
