About this property

Beautiful Mountain Getaway with amazing views

Beautiful views in the wonderful little Italian Village of Loch Lomond. High-speed internet, wood burning stove, comfortable queen size beds, washer, and dryer. A short little walk to the local market and Loch Lomond Roadhouse, Coffee shop, spin classes, and pool. Golf and frisbee golf just down the road two different golf courses. Hiking and biking on Boggs Mountain is only a short drive away. Great deck to read a book or just enjoy the sounds of nature. Deer, woodpeckers, squirrels, robins, hawks an abundance of wildlife. Wildflowers, shady oaks, a fire pit and places to sit around the campfire. Hammock between the oak trees.
Come get away and relax or a weekend or longer and still have the option of connecting to the world with high-speed wifi internet.

This is a two-bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms, still trying to get VRBO to fix my listing. Please ask if you have any questions.

Well worth it!

Jon, was awesome to work with responsive and welcoming. The house was comfortable and spacious. If you’re coming during cool weather months it may take the place a minute to warm up, but once you get it there your good to go! We didn’t visit the local grocery store, but Safeway was a short 25 minute drive away. All in all well worth the stay!

Back to Lake County

Some of my family and I stayed in Jon's place for a mini-family reunion. Other family members were in cabins nearby. It was perfect for us. The house was clean, had everything we needed and larger that expected. We had a couple glitches locking ourselves out (our fault) - Jon responded immediately and was able to help and remained patient with us. We did have little ones with us (4 year old and 1 year old). The deck is not ideal for them but we knew that in advance and the rest of the house worked perfectly. We hope to rent again.

Long Weekend Mini Vacation

The property worked well for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the area peaceful. The house was nicely clean. The kitchen had a lot of appliances not always seen in a VRBO. The AC in the individual rooms worked well for us. It worked perfectly for two people. We would stay there again if in the area.

I love the beach, the mountains, and getting outside for a hike or bike ride whenever I can.

Why they chose this property

I love Loch Lomond, it is a beautiful place to just get away from it all and relax. Listen to birds as you wake up among the beautiful mature oaks of Loch Lomond and Cobb Mountain. I really enjoy taking walks through the tree-filled neighborhood in the mornings and evenings and just enjoying the outdoors. The Loch Lomond pool is also great to have available in the summer.

What makes this property unique

A wonderful deck with a relaxing view is such a nice place to sit and enjoy the beauty of the area. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises every day. The gas fire pit offers an easy way to keep warm at night and roast some marshmallows with your special person while sipping a glass of local wines or a cup of hot cocoa.
