Bright and private A frame cottage located steps to Hobbs Pond at the end of the road. Large deck across entire front of cottage facing the water. Open first floor layout. Kitchen with gas stove and breakfast counter opens to dining area overlooking the pond. Living room and full bath on first floor. Loft bedroom with 1/2 bath and large window seat overlooking the pond. Path to water with dock and float.
