When we arrived the house had been left unlocked. We were unsure of the trash can situation. I tried to get ahold of the management 2x and no response back. But I would have to say our overall stay at the Sand Crab was good. The house had direct beach access! It was clean. The beds were comfortable. We were not far from restaurants. We would stay here again.

To be honest the chairs and rug in the living area were stained and dirty! The blankets in the closet were very old and felt horrible. Only 2 towels upstairs. Peeling on ceiling between living and kitchen area. One of the 2 lounge chairs was broken. Soft areas next too railing on balcony. Beach view was beautiful! Has a great table on the balcony area! Just needs a refresh on some items for the price you pay per night.

Our family had a great vacation and we’re so glad we picked this duplex. It is located right on the beach but not near any condos or hotels so we were able to set up our canopy and enjoy our own beach space. We relaxed on both decks and liked that the upper deck was fully enclosed so my 20-month-old grandson could be outside playing there without worry that he might get sunburnt or fall down steps. The dolphins put on amazing shows in the gulf waters while we watched from the decks. The property is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals for our family of nine, including a large stock pot and a small crockpot. Communication with the host and check-in were a breeze. Pack your swimsuit, beach towels, and toiletries and get ready for an amazing beach vacation!
