The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool, the lake and the mountains.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and a shower and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a desk, a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a fan andundefined.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 60 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.4 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
