Nestled in the heart of Clearwater, Florida, our condo is situated within the Avalon complex—a secure, gated community surrounded by lush landscaping and boasting a state-of-the-art swimming pool. What sets our pool apart is its geothermal heating system, ensuring a consistent 84-degree temperature, making it an inviting oasis in every season.

This one-bedroom rental, located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, exudes warmth and welcome. Accessible by just one flight of stairs, our condo (Unit 310) features a private entrance. The space accommodates up to four people, offering a cozy king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sectional sofa bed in the open living room.

The recently renovated kitchen is a highlight, providing all the amenities for a luxurious vacation: fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, as well as a complete set of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. The bathroom, also newly renovated, features a separate walk-in shower adorned with beautiful ceramic tiles. For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

We prioritize your comfort and convenience, providing high-speed internet, unlimited calls within the USA and Canada, linens, pillows, covers, bath towels, beach towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella for guest use.

Within the Avalon community, you'll discover a resort-style pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a welcoming clubhouse, and a designated barbecue area next to the pool. The location offers a short drive to two renowned white sand beaches: 4.5 miles to Clearwater Beach, rated as one of the top beaches in the USA, and 7 miles to Indian Rocks Beach. Additionally, it's a quick 25-minute drive to Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes to St. Pete-Clearwater Airport.

Explore nearby attractions such as Bush Gardens in Tampa (approximately 40 minutes), Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World in Orlando (about 90 minutes), Madeira Beach (around 20 minutes), and the delightful Kaia Bowls Safety Harbor close to the marina of the old Tampa Bay (offering açaí and poke bowls). Please note that the Avalon community requires an Association Application, due at least ten (10) days before your arrival. The application fee is $50.00 per couple and $10.00 for each person over 18 years old; children under 18 are exempt. If you have previously registered with Avalon, the application still needs completion, but the fee is waived.
