MIRADOR APT IN PLETA DE GESSA. PRIVATE PARKING IN BAQUEIRA.

The apartment is located in Pleta Gessa, a quiet and beautiful Aranese village only 5 km from the ski Baqueira-Beret, between Arties and Salardu. It offers all the comfort of a new construction, as a heated ramp to the parking and storage room in the same parking. There is also available a private parking and ski locker in Baqueira, next to the ski lift.

It is an aparment of 100 m2 plus 50 m2 terrace. It consists of 3 bedrooms (one suite, one double and one triple) with spacious wardrobes, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room leads to the terrace that surrounds the entire house.

The suite has a queen bed 160x200 cm and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has triple bunk bed with trundle and the double bedroom has two extra-long beds of 2 m. It also has a baby's cot and high chair (optional).

The apartment has individual general thermostat controller and regulator temperature in each room.

Staying at the Mirador apartment Pleta Gessa is maximum comfort, relaxing après-ski and magnificent views. Smart TV and Netflix available.

Four-night minimum rental except Christmas time should be at least one week.

Excellent location, perfect for family holidays!

We rented this apartment during our first visit to this gorgeous valley. Great location and overall quality. Perfect for family holidays. The owner was always attentive and responsive to any communication. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. We came in the summer and look forward to returning back to enjoy the fall time or the snow season.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful sunny apartment

The apartment is very well equipped, and in a fantastic quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, and it is just as described online. Marina was very helpful before we got there, and Rosa was a charming and helpful host once we arrived. There is an amazing view, and the balcony is also sunny in the afternoon and a good place for a beer after ski-ing. From the apartment you can walk about half a mile on a footpath to Unha where there are many great restaurants (and return by the light of the moon and stars). It was really convenient for all the other little towns and villages, and particularly for ski-ing from Orri, the most convenient car park.

In der Wohnung ist alles sehr hochwertig und sehr gut gepflegt. Super ausgestattet, es gibt genügend Teller und Besteck. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch das Internet, es ist rasend schnell.

SATISFACCION TOTAL. MAGNIFICO APARTAMENTO.

El apartamento es una preciosidad. Aparte de la magnífica vista desde el salón, está decorado con muy buen gusto y con mobiliario de calidad. Está perfectamente equipado con los electrodomésticos y utensilios habituales. No falta nada esencial. Las camas, muy cómodas. Dispone de espacios exteriores, el principal, una pequeña terraza junto al salón ideal para hacer el aperitivo o leer siempre que el tiempo acompañe. El alquiler también incluye una plaza de aparcamiento en el edificio, así como ascensor. El apartamento está muy bien situado, en la periferia de Gessa. Nosotros hemos estado dos semanas en verano y todo ha ido a nuestra satisfacción. El alquiler también incluye plaza de aparcamiento y taquilla en la estación de esquí de Baqueira, muy conveniente para los esquiadores en invierno. Las fotos hablan por sí solas. Muy recomendable, tanto en verano como en invierno. Agradezco a Marina, propietaria, y a Palmira su amabilidad y disposición a hacer nuestra estancia sumamente agradable, como así ha sido. Un 10!!!

Nous sommes une famille de 5 et avons apprécié le confort de l’appartement de Marina, qui est relativement grand ! Bien situé, nous mettions 15 minutes pour monter à Baqueira. Marina a été très gentille et compréhensive, avec l’aide de Rosa qui s’occupe des formalités sur place. Touts n’est très bien passé! Nous espérons revenir l’an prochain!

Apartamento muy cómodo y confortable, con un vista increíble. Muy agradable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, dispone de un salón-comedor con la cocina integrada que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Se encuentra muy cerca de los mejores sitios de la zona desde Baqueira a Vielha. La propietaria nos facilitó una guía e instrucciones perfectas, además de estar al tanto de cualquier requerimiento por nuestra parte. Deseamos poder repetir la experiencia.

Estuvimos esquiando el puente de diciembre, y la verdad que todo fue muy bien. Desde el momento que nos pusimos en contacto, hicimos la reserva, etc. Todo muy bien explicado, el funcionamiento de la casa, recogida de llaves... La casa es muy amplia, el salon-cocina muy amplio tambien, con un gran balcon y un jardin que en verano se tiene que estar de lujo. Las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. Y con garaje propio y un trastero para guardar los esquies y lo que haga falta. Ojala podamos repetir pronto. Muchas gracias.

Alojamiento con encanto

El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones, limpios, espacioso y muy nuevo. Cuando lo contratas el propietario te envía un email con una guía con todo lujo de detalles del alojamiento (como llegar, funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos, como funciona la caldera, y hasta un inventario de todo lo que tienes en la casa) El entorno es impresionante, las vistas del apartamento es uno de los mejores reclamos que tiene. Al ser un bajos dispone de una pequeñito jardín en la parte de detrás de la casa. El apartamento es muy espacioso, sobretodo el comedor y las habitaciones son amplias (1 con habitación de matrimonio, otra doble con 2 camas y otra para 3 personas) Solo me queda felicitar a la propietaria y seguro que repetimos sin dudarlo
