House located in a quiet area, in a dead end of the Grand Cosquet, charming typical village full of flowers and colors near the Côte Sauvage, in the town of Locmaria.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche! Das Haus ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, der Garten ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Es fehlte nichts für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Ankunft und Kommunikation sehr gut. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine ! La maison est propre et entièrement équipée, le jardin est magnifique. L'emplacement est parfait. Contact très facile avec le propriétaire, qui propose une maison bien située, bien équipée tant du point de vue cuisine, salle de bain, literie, mobilier jardin... Arrivée et départ en toute confiance avec un boitier de clefs et des aménagements possibles. J'apprécie particulièrement ce mode de fonctionnement qui responsabilise le locataire sans l'infantiliser. Tout à fait conforme à nos attentes

Maison tout à fait charmante dans un quartier de Belle Île très calme. Confort et équipement sont au rdv, avec un très beau jardin doté de 3 terrasses différentes. Pour les plongeurs, maison équipée d'un tuyau d'arrosage pour rincer les combinaisons de plongées et grand fil à linge pour les étendres.

La maison est bien adaptée pour une famille. Tout le nécessaire est présent. elle est située à 12 minutes du Palais et proche des points de vue à ne pas manquer! Pour courronner le tout, nous avons eu un temps magnifique, un soleil eclatant et une douceur extrême!
