Cozy Setup - But Not Clean

While we enjoyed our stay in Sunriver and even enjoyed the setup of the home, unfortunately there were a few missteps in terms of cleanliness. For starters when we arrived there was only one bar of hand soap in the entire house and just two kitchen towels. There also seemed to be cobwebs throughout the home, a broken lounge chair in the main living area, and in the master but what looked like some gunk on the walls at a child’s height. Worst of all, in the midst of getting the dinner table set, we found numerous dishes with good amounts of food caked and crusted in to them, glasses with lip marks, and silverware that looked used. We ended up washing almost every dish we could fit in the dishwasher and provided this feedback to Sunriver Resort front desk who were very kind and helpful. While the beds were super comfy, the linens were not as advertised. In the photos they showed beautiful Pendleton like bed spreads, but upon arrival we found dingy, brown, lifeless bed spreads on two of the beds. When i book places i look at layout, location and general style and was pretty disappointed when we noticed this in the rooms.
