The check in and out was flawless. Location is perfect! The home is very well equipped with the essentials. Just a couple things...there was no crock pot and the heat was rough in the two upper bedrooms. It would have been nice to be able to turn the heat down given the unusual hot temperatures in PC this year. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this condo for 3 couples!

Manager responsiveness was outstanding, property actually met the expectations set from their listing, location was fantastic, place was clean and very nice as well.
We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and we had an amazing stay! Every couple had their own room with a king bed and ample space. The location was prime - quick walk to the bus or the silver star lift which takes you right up to the mountain. We also rented our ski gear from the silver star rental spot which was right at the silver star lift. The rental had everything you’d need for a stay and the property was clean and homey. We would 100% recommend and hope to stay again soon!!
Great unit Jodi was very helpful when we needed help with check in and items that needed Maintanence ( toilet clogged and shower would not drain )
Owner did not leave any instructions on check in or check out in unit or how to run hot tube.
Hot tube would not work. Was asking for a credit due to the fact we never got to use the hot tub, no one ever responded on that

Thanks so much for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. We have an information packet on the coffee table with the property managers info if there is ever an issue with the unit or if you have any questions. We check the hot tub before every arrival and make sure it is working properly. The problem might have been caused by pushing too many buttons at a time and not giving the hot tub enough time to reach the desired temperature, in this case the tub will default to a "lock mode". Thank you again for your input on our rental home we hope you keep us in mind for your next stay!
Great place, some problems with air conditioning but property managers very accommodating
Overall we had a great time. Only problem was top floor air conditioning unit could not cool the room, even after the property managers replaced it with a new one. Never really found out what was wrong but managers worked with us to adjust price to account for us not being able to use that bedroom. (This would probably only be a problem in the summer). Other than that very nice, about 1 mile from downtown and very walkable, close to a grocery store as well.
Our family found this location excellent for walking to downtown shops and restaurants, biking and hiking trails near by without having to drive to trailheads. It worked great for three couples and the added air coolers helped to cool the upper floors.
The deck with the hot tub was disappointing as we are not big hot tub users. Would have loved to use the deck in the mornings for coffee but no outdoor furniture so we walked to nearby cafes.
Lots of TV's in this unit but only used the main TV to catch the Tour de France. Thanks for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Cheers!!
The location is great and includes a very short walk (just a few minutes) to the road-side elevator to the Silver Star area/lift. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was available for any questions, responded after normal business hours, and went out of their way to help, even after our departure.
Clean, good showers, well equipped kitchen, great location, however the listing is inaccurate as it says “air-conditioning.” One bedroom and the common areas have no air-conditioning. We were there in July. Management was responsive and tried to accommodate by bringing more fans and turning off the pilot to the gas fireplace which was giving off heat. Two more air-conditioners in this property would suffice and are necessary for hot summer months.
This unit was perfect for our two families, very comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi was great and clean. The kitchen and every bathroom were fully stocked with essentials and backup towels, shampoo etc. Host had great communication with us and allowed us to check in early. Close access to Park City and ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again!
The proximity to Main Street, the shuttle stop, grocery store, and restaurants is very convenient. The unit was very clean including the hot tub! The kitchen is also well-appointed with everything you need.
We stayed in Park City and this place met all of my expectations. The beds are comfortable, the home is nicely renovated and it is spacious to accommodate our party of six. I saw other reviews where the hot tub did not work and the stove did not work; however, everything worked great for us! The stove looked brand new and the hot tub was serviced during our stay and had water added to it.
Overall, management was very accommodating for our ski gear getting delivered several days before our stay. They placed our gear inside the condominium before we arrived and also let us keep our luggage inside the condo after we had to check out before we flew out. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who manages this condo!
One main problem is that information was communicated via email and links to another site rather than through the VRBO portal. That is one of the reasons I book through VRBO.
The person I ended up working directly with (Nathalie) was VERY helpful and prompt with communication. A couple of things outside her control:
The oven did not work, so we had no working oven for our stay. The downstairs common bathroom toilet had to have the flapper reset after almost every use.
There are remote controls laying around that don't appear to belong to anything, and although it stated there would be instructions, we never found any.
WIFI info was incorrect, but it was easy enough for us to figure out the right SSID.
While this has enough beds to sleep the number it states, I don't have any idea how that many people could comfortably hang out in the living/kitchen area.

We loved this unit for a family gathering. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining. It was super clean and casually decorated making it perfect for our family gathering.
We absolutely loved this place! The location is a total gem. We visited in the summer and so much was in walking distance. On one side of you have the beautiful Park City golf course. On the other side views of the mountain. You can even see Silver Star lift and a couple of runs from the jacuzzi!! Our favorite place to eat ended up being Silver Star Café. It’s delicious and a 3 minute walk across the street. They have yummy burgers and fried chicken that is out of this world.
We went hiking several times and the trails are across the street at Silver Star. We liked Armstrong, Dawn’s, and Spiro trails. There is also a great sports gear shop right there where you can rent bikes called Silver Star Sport. It’s like this whole area is a mini base.
As for the unit itself, I am a total clean freak and the unit met all my expectations. Two of the three bathrooms are newly remodeled. The kitchen and dining room are very spacious. There is a very comfortable couch to lounge and watch TV. Everyone enjoyed the beds. Very comfortable.
To go into main street there is a FREE bus that stops right outside the unit. We downloaded an app that shows you where the bus is. We enjoyed going into town and shopping.
We will definitely be coming back and renting this unit in the winter. So glad we found this place!

There's plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby to keep you busy your entire stay. And, during warmer weather, the Park City golf course is practically right outside.
