The comfortable studio available for two people, completely independent, 35 m2 is located on the ground floor of the house with a garden on the front and a terrace at the back.
It consists of a living room with sleeping, large TV, wifi access, kitchenette, bathroom, w-c. Quiet and pleasant accommodation in a wooded environment.
If there is a child, there is the possibility of opening another room with an extra bed.
Secure parking.
Located on the Bordeaux Métropole right bank sector:
- bus 2 minutes away
- 15 minutes by train from Bordeaux center
- or by motorway or park car-tram relay.
One hour from the house, the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla, the ocean beaches and the lakes of Hourtin, Maubuisson, Lacanau, Biscarrosse.
Ideally close for excursion on Blaye, St Emilion; quick access by the bridge of Aquitaine for the City of Wine, the rising bridge Chaban Delmas for the quays and the city center or the boat bus.
