L’équipement décrit semble conforme au premier abord, mais se révèle, à l’usage, d’une indigence proche de l’obsolescence.
Ainsi :
• dans la cabine de douche, seule la douchette « fonctionne », mais délivre un maigre filet d’eau qui permet à peine de se laver,
• dans la cuisine
o les deux plaques électriques couvertes de rouille nous ont semblées inutilisables,
o Sur les 2 bruleurs à gaz, un seul fonctionne correctement, la sécurité ne permettant pas au second de fonctionner sans maintenir constamment le bouton en position enfoncée,
o La porte du freezer du table-top ayant disparue, les denrées y sont trempées par l’effet d’un dégivrage constant,
o La présence d’une paire de maniques aurait par ailleurs été appréciée de même que celle d’une essoreuse à salade.
• Dans la chambre, les portes de placard ne coulissent plus sur leurs rails et/ou ne possèdent plus de poignée
• La salle de bain n’est équipée d’aucune prise électrique permettant le branchement d’un rasoir électrique ou d’un sèche-cheveux.
En outre, nous n’avons pas trouvé en arrivant, le minimum vital, tel qu’un rouleau de papier toilette, un fond de produit vaisselle, une boîte d’allumettes, etc…
En bref, cette location souffre d’un manque chronique d’entretien, son prix semblant donc surévalué au regard de la concurrence, compte tenu de la vétusté des équipements.
Enfin dernier point, un livret d’accueil complet aurait également été apprécié, ne serait-ce que pour :
• Disposer d’un plan de la station,
• Localiser les points de tris de la commune,
• Connaître les activités touristiques de la région
