There are seven days in a week, and someday is NOT one of them. You will love the spacious 4 bedroom 4.5bath floor plan. 10' ceilings, charming décor, and the spectacular white sandy beach which is a 7 minute walk away. You will want for nothing while here. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a huge amenity when traveling. A refreshing wading pool complete with restrooms and shower is just a few steps away. We fell in love with Santa Rosa decades ago, now we want to share our love for the area with other families.

My wife Kelly and I, are both raised and still reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Santa Rosa Beach is our retreat when we can peel ourselves away from the office. We have two grown children that seem to be able to go down more often than us.
Why they chose this property
My wife Kelly has always wanted a beach house ever since we were married 28 years ago. She had a corner of our basement staked with items for her beach house "someday". Three years ago, we bought our first house, directly across the street from this house. We loved it so much, we felt compelled to bring the same exuberant feeling to other families, so we purchased this house when our neighbors decided to let it go. We hope to have your family builds long lasting memories in this area just like we have over the years.
What makes this property unique
We have been vacationing in this area every year for nearly 20 years, ever since our children were little. When we decided to buy here, we fell in love with our quaint beachy house, that boated a lot of amenities. We love the high ceilings, spacious rooms, and a bathroom for every bedroom was the tipping point for us to make the move. It is so close to the beach and other amenities and if you desire the touristy attractions while visiting, Destin is 15 minutes away and Panama city is 30 minutes.
