This 90 m2 duplex apartment is ideally located in the center of Dinard close to shops, cinema, casino and market.
It is composed on the ground floor of a large living / dining room, with a mezzanine of 12 M2 (or a sofa bed for 2 people is installed), a kitchen and a bathroom with 3 large French doors opening onto the terrace with a magnificent sea view.
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with a toilet. Each room has 2 beds that can be used individually or can be a double bed.
The apartment is on the ground floor above a large Dinard house from the 1900s located on the Moulinet point overlooking the lock beach. The house is surrounded by a park where you can park your car.
The living room dining room and the kitchen overlook a large terrace of 70 M2 with sea view

Une vue incomparable et un appartement très agréable et très calme. Avec des chambres isolées des parties communes, ce qui permet de s'isoler au calme. Jolie décoration avec beaucoup de goût.

Calme et vue!

Cet appartement est dans un bâtiment exceptionnel. On profite du rêve d’une propriété datant du fin XIX. La vue est superbe et la terrasse très grande. Si le temps est avec vous vous pourrez manger dehors. L’appartement profite d’une entrée par la terrasse et les chambres sont à l’étage, presque une maison. Après le charme de l’ancien a aussi quelques défauts, douches un peu vieillottes mais fonctionnelle, plafond un peu bas dans les chambres mais au moins 5 mètres dans le salon… À 3, très confortable!
