About this property

Apartment of 85 m2, with a terrace of 100m2 with sea view, at the foot of the Ecluse beach, in the residence "Le Royal" in the heart of Dinard, 2 steps from the city center.
Two bedrooms upstairs with skylights/curtains, one with a dressing room, the other with a Queen size bed and a small alcove equipped with two children's beds.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) and bathroom with washer/dryer.
A large library is also at your disposal.
Parking space in the residence's park.
During the summer months (July and August), we only accept weekly rentals.
PLEASE NOTE : WORK IN PROGRESS SINCE 2022 IN THE RESIDENCE WITH CERTAIN FENCEING AND A BARRIER OF CHANTIER AT THE END OF THE TERRACE (cf. photo) - Reopening Renting in "degraded" mode from where rates are 20% lower than in normal period.

L'appartement est merveilleux : la vue sur la mer ( et St Malo) depuis la pièce de vie et les 2 chambres, l'agencement, la décoration, l'équipement... L'immeuble est également presque vide en avril.
