It is a beautiful home

Beautiful home. However, the toilet was leaking front the first night. Contacted Rick. He responded quickly each time. Even though he was out of town. He said he couldn't get back until late evening our second (of 4) night. He offered to let us have access to his and his wife's (who was still home) bathroom. But we were a group of 5 and I felt that weird. I asked for a partial refund and he had it done in minutes. He was great. Just unfortunate we had to leave half way through or stay.

Thank you Becky for the review. My wife and I loved having you all over as our Guests. The late morning when you left I had a plumber finally get to the unit to fix the leak just before noon. I arrived from atlanta that Afternoon as well to see the Plumber completing the repair. We would love to have you over as guests again at a 50% discount on your next stay. Thank you so much for turning off the Water Valve for me as that saved the unit from any flood damage.

Pretty cool place

Kids loved the pool. Peanut island was neat. Very nice clean place to stay, seemingly in the center of it all.
