Great Location!

Hi, Chad is a premier host and this property is a great location with a river view! We are golfers, and this is close to North Palm Beach Country Club, Abacoa, Atlantis and other golf courses in the area. It's also close to Juno and Palm Beach Shores beaches. Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute! Chad was the best host! Upon arrival there was breakfast items , coffee , cream and sandwich items in the fridge so you didn’t have run to the grocery store immediately. We have already scheduled another vacation next year !!!

Condo was beautiful and well equipped! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai...beautiful view! Very convenient to Riviera Beach and many restaurants all within a few miles. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! There is also a lovely pool and seating area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place!!

We had wonderful time at The River House! Chad was the perfect host and thought of everything to make a great stay.....food and drink items, amenities, great communication, and a beautiful view to top it off. Such a tranquil setting. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and watching the boats go by. Perfect location as well.... restaurants, grocery stores, everything close by. Highly recommend!!

Awesome condo

This condo was perfect for us. From the food in the fridge to the comfortable bed. My husband now wants the same type of shower head! Chad is a fabulous job of acquainting us with the place. This place is now going to be our standard for vacation rentals.

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the “River House”, the location was great for us as we like to play golf & wanted to watch the Honda Classic close by. The condo was great, exactly as pictured , quiet & very clean. The lanai was a lovely place to sit & relax whilst watching the wildlife & the boats go by. Chad was great to communicate with & kindly left us some provisions which we greatly appreciated after our long day travelling from the UK. We would definitely recommend Chads condo & hope to return soon.

Wonderful week!

This is a beautiful and well appointed condo. The owner really made the place feel like home it was very comfortable. We especially liked having coffee and wine on the lanai that gave us a wonderful river view. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals. Also the location is great to visit nearby Juno beach,Jupiter, many nice parks such as Dubois and mcarthur. Chad was attentive and helpful.

My husband had some medical test and a retirement party to attend to. This VRBO is exactly in the perfect location for FLL to Palm Cover and further north. The place has all you need and is super clean The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In the evening we spent time just watching the quiet river with the occasional boat dealing by. Very relaxing

Wonderful River House

This is our 2nd stay at this property & we love it. Chad & Stephanie are great hosts from beginning to end. They stock the fridge so you can prepare a lite breakfast/lunch/dinner & coffee too! As a special treat they also had a lovely bottle of wine which we enjoyed our 1st night on the screened balcony. Watching the boats cruise by is relaxing & fun. The location is close to our family in North Palm but also easy access to all of the Palm Beaches including our favorite Singer Island. Overall we highly recommend this condo! Enjoy!!

We were very impressed with the apartment The quality of the furnishings was brilliant,and the view from the balcony was superb. All exactly as the listing showed us. The apartment had everything we needed from a generous starter pack of food to all the basics (coffee, basic herbs and oils, to plenty of dishwasher detergent etc etc). The swimming was huge and mostly there was just us in it. So peaceful and relaxing.We would sit on the balcony a lot looking out to the river and the boats.The apartment was ready early and Chad let us know as soon as it was, which was just what we needed. Even though we were the only holiday makers there the neighbours were very friendly.We would definitely be back when we are next in the area.

A nice getaway

Nice clean look, spacious area and wonderfull view from the sliding doors! The host Chad was very attentive and helpful. He started us off with thoughtful and generous supplies in the condo! Host goes the extra mile

This was a great place to stay. I enjoyed relaxing at the pool and meeting folks living in the building. Chad's place was exactly as described. What I liked the most was Chad's excellent communication and continuous desire to be helpful. The fact that he had food for me as I settled in, starving after a long flight, was priceless.

Chad is a great host and communicator. He sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The screened in balcony has a beautiful view. It was relaxing to watch the boats go by. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and enjoy the view. The refrigerator included a starter supply of groceries so you can relax when you arrive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice shower. The updated condo is on a quiet street with a traffic light for easy access. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.

This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the top floor middle of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar houses across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal living designs and colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive.
