Beautiful and pleasant villa in a very quiet area, close to the Golf des Dunes / quick access to the resort and the beach.
Wooded environment.
House 3 levels of approximately 130 m² on garage.
4 bedrooms and two bathrooms / 3 toilets.
Pleasant garden and terrace ideally exposed.
Town gas central heating.
K7 in the living room. Equipped kitchen.
Comfort: Television, stereo, small appliances.

Obligatory cleaning at the end of your stay: 90 euros.
Deposit of 500 euros.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Possibility to rent them. 20€ per person.

Heating (gas) and electricity are not included. Consumption must be paid in cash at the end of the stay.
In July and Augustus, reservations for a minimum of 7 nights only.

No animals (rule of strict application and without exception).

Many activities possible in a nearby radius (water activities, Boulogne - Nausicaa, Le Touquet, horse riding, ...).
The house is 500 meters from the clubhouse Golf du Dunes Hardelot (and 100 meters from the start of the hole 16). In the near vicinity the following golf courses: Hardelot (Les Pins), Wimereux, Le Touquet (2 courses), Nampont (2 courses), Belle-Dune, Saint-Omer, Dunkerque and Abbeville.

Second time we have stayed at this property

We are a family of 4 and found this property to be very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The balcony was a cool haven in the late evening following a day of very hot weather. From the house there is a short drive to the beech where there is plenty of free parking., also there are some interesting shops a medium sized supermarket/petrol station and a good selection of restaurants.

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, Ort und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem haben wir zwei traumhafte Wochen in einer wunderschönen Region genossen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison à deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et notre séjour était parfait. La maison aménagée avec goût est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La situation est parfaite et calme, les enfants ont un espace sécurisé à l’extérieur. Le centre ville d’hardelot est à 3km environ et facilement rejoignable même à pied :) l’environnement est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons très certainement séjourner dans ce bel endroit. Merci

Maison jolie, très agréable et spacieuse (Nous étions 8 dont 4 enfants ). Très propre également et tout confort, il y a tout, on se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier est vraiment calme et charmant. La localisation est idéale pour se promener sur la côte d'opale ou sur le touquet. La propriétaire est gentille et très agréable. Bref nous étions ravis tous les 8.
