Nice location but disappointing facilities

The house was advertised as four bathrooms but in reality had only one proper shower. The 'en suite' had no toilet. Two out of the four rings on the cooker hob did not work. There were no house instructions and VRBO description did not specify additional charge for bedding and towels. Could not work any of the TVs. Lovely garden though and plenty of recliners. Peaceful location apart from building work next door.

I’m sorry but I think that your remarks are not justified The villa corresponds perfectly to the description mentioned on the VRBO website. There is no mention of 4 bathrooms or WC in the master suite. It was also never mentioned that the beds were made, but you were told that the concierge service could provide this comfort for a modest extra charge. I also note that the television works for all the other tenants and for my family. Your comment is completely out of step with the many other occupants , but I thank you for pointing out the good environment and the beautiful peaceful garden .I also think you appreciated the good equipment of this house and its new decoration in the living room and kitchen .

Het verblijf was prima goed huis, met wel wat gebreken.Er kunnen geen 8 personen binnen aan tafel zitten. 1 slaapkamer deur ging niet dicht.Buiten was 1 tuinstoel kapot en 1 ligstoel.De douchestang zat los.Mooie tuin.Rustig gelegen.Wel 30 min lopen naar het strand

Belle maison la lisière de la forêt

Nous avons séjourné avec ma famille dans cette très belle maison. Malheureusement la météo n’était pas de notre côté, mais nous avons pu profiter de la belle cheminée. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir deux biches se promener dans le jardin. La maison offre tout le confort que l’on a besoin et Francis le propriétaire a été très sympathique!

Villa au calme, avec très joli jardin

L’emplacement est parfait, en pleine forêt, au calme, avec de temps en temps la visite de chevreuils dans le beau jardin. La maison est agréable et a tout ce qu il faut (même si là nous avons manqué d’un four qui était cassé) mais a besoin d’une petite modernisation à l’étage (les chambres sont vieillottes). Séjour très agréable et reposant dans l’ensemble.

Bonsoir Les chambres à l’étage correspondent aux photos de l’annonce ,sont en bon état avec une literie parfaite ; mais nous sommes désolés qu’elles ne soient pas à votre goût . Il est vrai que les locataires précédents ont endommagé le four ,mais ont immédiatement sollicité un réparateur …en plein mois d’Aout ,ce qui a empêché une réparation rapide d’autant qu’une pièce devait être commandée . Ils ont acquis et laissé dans la maison un four d’appoint .Cette situation à été porté à votre connaissance avant votre arrivée . Je suis toutefois ravi que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour Cordialement

Très agréable villa au calme au fond d’une impasse en bord de forêt (un chevreuil s’est d’ailleurs invité dans le jardin en soirée). Proche du club de hockey auquel nous participions à un tournoi. A recommander !

Super weekend

Avons passé un super weekend dans cette grande maison confortable au calme dans la forêt sans être loin pour autant du centre ville. L'emplacement est très beau, l'équipement est complet, la cheminée un plus à cette saison, et les vélos laissés à disposition ont été appréciés.

La parfaite maison de vacances

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours en famille dans cette très jolie maison et nous y avons passé un merveilleux moment. Le jardin est très grand et une partie donne sur un petit bois : un véritable havre de paix. La maison est bien entretenue et très agréable à l’intérieur également. Elle est bien équipée, il faut juste penser à prendre tout ce qu’il faut pour la cuisine (sel, huile, sacs poubelle, produit pour le lave-vaisselle). Nous serions ravis d’y séjourner de nouveau !

Excellent accomodation

The property was as described, wonderful location in the forest, ideal for the children to play and the visiting deer really made it for the children. Our only problem was that we could not speak French and the housekeeper could not speak English but we managed!!
