We really enjoyed staying here. You can't beat the location. So much to see and do, and close to the train as well. There were 7 of us, and everyone was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Dustin was a great host, super responsive, very friendly, and let us check-in earlier than expected for our stay. Overall, a great house in a perfect location in Chicago really gives you that true city neighborhood feel! Can't recommend renting here enough for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay!

Everything was great! Beautiful space and great host. The only thing I would say is that fitting 20 people in the house would be very challenging. We had 11 people and found it difficult.

We had a group of six college friends who stayed two nights for a Cubs game. The house was very comfortable and easily slept the whole group. The walk to Wrigley was an easy one, approximately 20 minutes.Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 adults stayed for 5 days. Check in and check out was easy. The place has 2 sitting areas and a big dining table. Comfy beds and 3 baths! The best part was having the garage space for private parking. It was so amazing knowing we did not have to find a spot to park after we came back from a day of sightseeing. We were able to walk most places if we weren’t at the museums. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat and shop. We even walked to Wrigley Field for a ballgame. This is a great home base for your Chicago trip.

The location could not be beat! A quick 1 mile walk to Wrigley Field, and two blocks from the purple/brown line on the L. It also was not too difficult to find a few street spots available for parking in the vicinity. The one comment I would make is around the number of people this house sleeps and what the sleeping arrangements look like. While there are sleeping accommodations available for approximately 15 people, the listing should note that true bed-wise, it would only sleep 8. There were 4 king/queen size beds. For the remainder of the sleeping arrangements there were 4 twin-sized cots, and 3 couches. While we made it work fine for our group of 10 and the sleeping accommodations were clearly listed out upon arrival, with ample sheets/pillows/blankets, this may not work for everyone if they're expecting actual beds, or their own rooms. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

**Review: Great location and responsive host, but major layout issues****Pros:*** **Location:** The property is in a really nice location.* **Host Communication:** The owner was very responsive throughout our stay.**Cons:*** **Misleading Capacity & Layout:** The listing claims it sleeps up to 20 people, but with a group of 9 it was extremely tight. In reality, there is only one "real" bedroom; the others are attached and open-air, and one lacks a window entirely.* **Property Quirks:** The entryway is very janky, and doors open in the wrong directions, making the flow awkward.* **Condition:** While the place was generally clean, the bathrooms were falling apart and need urgent maintenance.**Bottom Line:**While the host was responsive and the location is great, the listing severely misrepresents the space. With only one real bedroom, awkward door configurations, and cramped conditions, it's simply not built for large groups.

Hello, I appreciate the feedback. I will definitely look into the bathroom, I had not seen / heard anything about this, and I think "Falling apart" is quite extreme considering no other reviews mention the condition of the bathrooms and no previous guests have commented on it being in a negative condition. I was also curious as to the comments on the flow, specifically with the door, which door are you thinking opens oddly? Exterior facing doors open inwards, and screen doors open outwards, it literally cannot work any other way. How would you suggest it should open? All that withstanding, I do sincerely hope you enjoyed your stay and I do honestly appreciate the feedback to help me better serve future guests. Thanks Dustin

Why they chose this property

This checked all of the boxes for us. The neighborhood is great, were close to great restaurants and nightlife. Super close to Wrigley Field and public transportation. We literally looked for 2 years before finding this gem!

What makes this property unique

You have the whole place to yourself and do not have to worry about neighbors, etc. This unit also has 2 entertainment areas (with huge TV's) and 3 full bathrooms!
