Located in a residential area it is very quiet. 18-hole golf course 2 km away. Village and shops at 1km.

4 bedrooms. On the ground floor a bedroom with 140 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom. An independent WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a second below, a very large bedroom with two single beds in 80, separate or together. An independent WC and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen includes oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer.
