About this property

Charming Saint Malo house close to beach and playground, ideal for families

This house has been a wonderful base for our own holidays with family and friends for over ten years. With beach, park and shops all under five minutes away by foot, it is easy to have a relaxed daily rhythm, and there is also a large range of sights to see and things to do in the area.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area with little passing traffic. Parking is available right in front of the house or in the driveway. The garden is enclosed with hedges/fences, and a table, chairs and barbecue facilities are provided.

The house is used by the owners as a second home and has been amply furnished and equipped. There are four bedrooms, a study/bedroom, a bathroom, a shower-room, two toilets as well as a kitchen, living and dining areas. It sleeps 10 comfortably (3 double rooms, 2 twin). A baby cot and high chair are available if required.

Linen and towels are available as an optional extra.

Beautiful house

Great location near the beach and grocery store. 3,5 km to the old town St Malo which was easy to reach by local bus. Bars and restaurants a bit far to go in the evening. For us it was perfect.

Perfect location for a beach holiday. Beach was less than five minutes’ walk and offered us lovely big waves for body boarding. The Carrefour was two minutes away which was very useful. Fridge and freezer were large. Gas BBQ was an excellent touch. The shower-room off the garage was perfect for post-beach cleaning up. It might have been nice to have enough comfy chairs for everyone in our party (7 people) - perhaps a big squishy sofa? We really appreciated all the information beforehand and the hosts were very communicative. We have already booked again for next year’s seaside holiday!

Avons passé le WE de Pâques en famille Etions 9. La maison correspond pour ce genre de réunion. Très spacieuse, très claire, on s'y sent bien. Parfait pour un WE de 3 jours à plusieurs. Parfaitement située(5mn de la mer) calme Nous recommandons cette superbe maison!

bon séjour !!!

petit bémol pour la deuxième salle de bain qui se résume à une douche dans le garage.Vivement le mois d'aout!!!! Et puis quelques ampoules manquantes... le calme est remarquable,la situation est géniale pour se rendre à Saint Malo et les sites à visiter. Nous pensons revenir ,mais en été cette fois. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !!!

Notre week-end à 10 s'est très bien passé dans cette maison spacieuse. Elle est conforme à la description, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du quartier, et la proximité de la plage ( 5 mn à pied avec des jeunes enfants et sans se presser). Par contre, pour la douche de la buanderie, un petit chauffage d'appoint serait le bienvenu pour le matin ou le soir hors saison d'été car il y fait plûtot frais. Adresse à retenir !

Schönes Haus und nette Vermieter

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen schönen fast 3-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Der nahegelegene Strand ist super und auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (Ehepaar: Französisch/Englisch) war top! Es gab allerdings einen Beschreibungsfehler bei Fewo und es war da leider niemand persönlich zu erreichen und der "Roboterchat" konnte auch nicht helfen. Es ist eindeutig beschrieben, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden. Dies ist nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter aber NICHT der Fall! Ansonsten kommen wir aber gerne wieder, es war ein toller Urlaub!

Cette maison est parfaitement équipée. On peut aller à pied à la plage, et les courses sont accessibles itou. Notre séjour d'une semaine nous a paru trop court. Une référence pour un séjour familial (nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants).

maison fonctionnelle avec ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner correctement, bien située avec magasins proches et surtout la plage,belles balades à faire........... nous sommes rentrés enchantés de notre séjour.... petit bémol pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains pour sécher les serviettes (au niveau température c'était supportable). Cette maison doit être très agréable l'été. Nous conseillons cette location.

Fabulous place for large family

We loved our stay in this bright and roomy house. It provided plenty of space for our family of 9. Close to the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking. Thank you.

Maison très bien pensée avec le côté "cosy" typiquement anglais. Guides pour nous donner des idées et très important pour mon mari possibilité de garer deux voiture (Grand Voyager devant le garage et l'autre dans l'autre renfoncement ). La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et équipée. Très bien située et dans un quartier calme. La plage est proche, les enfants ont adoré ! Comme indiqué aux propriétaires, le ménage pourrait être approfondi (dessous de lit, coins). Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à St Malo et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner....

Maison très agréable, calme, spacieuse

En famille, à 7 personnes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse, elle a permis a chacun d'avoir son espace, tout en pouvant se retrouver tous ensemble dans les espaces communs. La plage est à 2 pas, un supermarché à proximité immédiate permet les dépannages. St Malo est plus loin, par une belle journée, c'est une superbe ballade. Seul bémol pour nous : cela a été la propreté de la cuisine, laissant un peu à désirer selon nos critères. Nous conseillons cependant vivement ce lieu ! Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
