Very spacious 4-star cottage located in an old renovated farmhouse keeping all the charm of yesteryear, stone and wood are privileged.

In Vertamboz, nestled in the lake region, in the center of the jura, between the Hérisson waterfalls, the Pic de l'Aigle mountain, the Ain and Drouvenant rivers and the Haut Jura regional park.

Come and relax in nature, with fishing in the river or lake, walks in the forest, on foot to collect mushrooms, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in winter. On a beach by a mountain lake or in the middle of pastures while tasting our many regional products.

Very close to Switzerland, there is no shortage of beautiful landscapes in the Jura.

Het is een groot, schoon huis met ruime slaapkamers, woongedeelten, keuken en terras. De communicatie met de zeer vriendelijke host verliep probleemloos, zowel via de mail als bij aankomst. Toen wij er verbleven was er net een hittegolf, maar door de dikke muren bleef het redelijk koel. En door afwezigheid van muggen konden de ramen op de slaapkamers wijd open om de koelte van de nacht binnen te laten. Goede WiFi, winkels vlakbij in Clairvaux-les-Lacs, het huis is centraal gelegen wat betreft uitstapjes, wandelingen, zwemmen, enz. De bedden zijn goed, maar voor ons iets te hard en te smal. Maar in het algemeen hebben we een prima vakantie gehad.

Un gîte exceptionnel. Idéalement situé au cœur d’un petit village très calme et proche des principaux chemins de randonnée. Le gîte est spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et d’une propreté impeccable. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Nous avons voyagé en famille avec deux chiens et tout s’est très bien passé. Mention spéciale aux hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons !

Schöner Aufenthalt im Jura

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann problemlos kochen und auch dort Zeit verbringen. Die Terrasse und der Garten haben uns sehr gefallen. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und frei. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super séjour de noël en famille, la maison est accueillante, propre, spacieuse, et décorée avec goût, nous avons adoré la cheminée, notre hote nous a même préparé des petites décos de noël. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, les chambres sont décorées avec goût et le jardin un vrai plus ! Tous les équipements pour bébé, ce qui est très appréciable. Petit bémol et pas des moindres, la barrière de sécurité manquante dans les escaliers, qui nous aurait fait passer un séjour plus serein avec notre fille de 18 mois.
