About this property

The ENYA villa is located in the heart of the Verdon regional natural park, at the foot of the hilltop village of Moissac-Bellevue in the Haut Var. It is a few minutes from Aups, the capital of black truffles and Régusse, steeped in the history of the Templars with the Seigneurie de Régusse, branch of the Grimaldi, Princes of Monaco.

Moissac Bellevue is built at an altitude of 600m, the view is exceptional: from Estérel to Sainte Baume passing by the Massif des Maures and that of Sainte Baume. The village has kept its Provençal character: paved alleys, steep stairs, vaulted houses with ocher walls and golden tiled roofs. You can also admire the castle, the Notre Dame de la Roche church, the Templar chapel, the clock tower, the dovecote ...

A few minutes by car, the lakes of Sainte-Croix, Esparron or Quinson allow you to do many activities; visits, walks, hikes ... and water sports (electric boat, canoe, kayak, pedal boat, paddle ...) Shops are nearby, markets, restaurants, pharmacy.

The 140 m2 villa has been completely renovated with noble materials, it is on an enclosed plot of 2,400 m2 planted with olive trees, rosemaries and lavender. It combines the contemporary style of its architecture and the charm of Provencal decoration.
