About this property

SUN AND NATURE BY THE SEA

House in a closed community in the small town of La Pedrera. Comfortable and cozy house near the beach. Large garden, wonderful view and no neighbors nearby. A trail leads directly to the sea. Great beach for surfing. There are two very long beaches in La Pedrera, walking distance from each other. One ideal for small kids the other great for surfing.
Not suitable for toddlers due to que slope in front of the house. Summer house has no heating. A good cook/ cleaner can be arranged for an extra fee.
it's a gated community with a tennis court, and lots of green spaces to walk in
Horses can be rented to ride on the beach or countryside.
