Located in Daglan in Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord Noir on the sunny hill of Galibert this stone-built stone longhouse is a family home completely redone in 2018.
The Longère de Galibert offers beautiful services for four people in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by large natural areas. A setting and a privileged environment to discover the most beautiful sights of the Dordogne valley: La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Beynac, Domme ... the medieval city of Sarlat, the Vézère valley: Lascaux, Les Eyzies de Tayac ... the Lot: Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ....
Nearby is the market and shops in the pretty, picturesque village of Daglan.

Séjour enchanteur

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété, entièrement refaite à neuf et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Mme et M. Pagès ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Nous et nos jeunes enfants avons eu de très bons échanges avec eux. Le jardin et les alentours sont très bien entretenus et très agréables. De belles vacances ! Merci pour votre accueil !

Plénitude et calme absolu

En ces périodes stressantes, se ressourcer et trouver en cette demeure charmante et impeccablement propre, calme et bien-être est un plaisir absolu. Loin de toute agitation, c'est génial pour ceux qui recherchent ce type de vacances. La région est magnifique et regorge de visites potentielles, le village tout proche est charmant, et permet courses et restauration. Les hôtes sont prévenants et charmants. Exceptional gîte in a tranquil setting

This gîte is a real find. It has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard, with brand new appliances and high quality materials. The decor is tasteful and minimal, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom very well appointed. M. and Mme. Pagès were excellent hosts. They were attentive and on hand to answer any questions we had, whilst also giving us plenty of space to enjoy our family holiday. The setting in which the gîte is located is very peaceful and well maintained - a perfect spot for walking and watching the wildlife, including deer, red squirrels, large green lizards and buzzards. Thank you M. and Mme. Pagès for a wonderful holiday. I highly recommend this gîte.

Le cadre est magnifique ! La maison à été refaite avec goût et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous avons prit le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en profitant du levé de soleil accompagné par le chant des oiseaux. Le midi repas sous le chêne pour échapper à La chaleur de l'été. Le soir repas sous les étoiles ! La maison est bien située, 20/30 mn de nombreux villages classés. En rentrant, quel plaisir d'emprunter la route bordés d'arbres qui mène à la colline ! Égoïstement nous aimerions garder cette adresse pour nous... une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons !

Parfait, une rénovation à neuf haut de gamme dans un charmant petit hameau isolé de 5 maisons en haut d'une colline. Tout y est il ne manque rien les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location.
