The Hameau du Bez condominium is a residence of four independent buildings, located in the center of the resort, about 200 meters from the start of the slopes and near the shopping center and the swimming pool.

The layout of the accommodation is organized as follows: a first bedroom with a double bed and adjoining shower room, a second bedroom with a single bed, an alcove with a sofa bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, refrigerator,...) and open to the living room, a bathroom with toilet in addition to a separate toilet.

The advantages of this three-room apartment in the mountains: Vast 50m² apartment, ideal for accommodating up to seven people. Its large bay windows offer lots of light and make it very pleasant.
Perfectly located in the center of the resort, it is close to all amenities.
Cleaning with disinfection included.

Très bon séjour au ski

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Villeneuve, l appartement est très bien situé, lumineux et spacieux et très bien orienté (départ du ski moins de 10mn à pieds, commerces à 2 mn, casiers à skis, patinoireet piscine municipale àproximité, les Grands Bains de Monetiersontà10 mn en voiture...). Le seul bémol concerne la qualité et la quantité de la vaisselle et des couverts. Très bonne communication avec l agence locale de location.

Sale et vétuste sur l’équipement

L’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé (sol, toilettes, salle de bains...) et nous n’avions pas compris pourquoi la femme de ménage est venue nous réveiller (arrivée tardive) : au réveil nous avons vu l’état de appartement ! L’équipement de cuisine est très vétuste (couverts cassés et en petits nombres, poêles et casseroles très usagées, aspirateurs d’un autre temps... verres à moutarde en guise de verres). Vu le prix, c’est abuser !
