The residence Les Neyzets is located in the heart of the village of Monêtier les Bains. 750m from the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area and the Pré Chabert ski lifts, 200m from the shops and only 300m from the Grands Bains.

This studio is organized around an alcove with bunk beds (2 120 cm beds), a living room with a rapido convertible sofa for two people, a television and access to the balcony, an equipped kitchen area ( ceramic hob, combi-oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The advantages of this rental studio in the mountains: The accommodation was completely renovated in 2016. Very functional because it is very well laid out. The residence is ideally located in the heart of the resort. Facing south, the balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain ranges.
Cleaning with disinfection included.
Animals refused.

Key collection takes place at the Foncia agency in La Salle les Alpes.

Bon emplacement, logement à améliorer

Excellent emplacement central et calme, MAIS : - Isolation porte et fenêtre (vraiment) très mauvaise. Et isolation phonique pas terrible non plus. - Mauvaise et vieille literie lit superposé. - Espaces très étriqués, mal agencés. Rien pour suspendre ou faire sécher ses vêtements, un peu dommage pour une location en station de ski... - Danger sur le balcon, 3 barreaux cassés, un enfant passe à travers sans souci... Pas de réaction suite à cette remarque. Bref, à louer un si petit espace aussi cher à la semaine, on s'attend à autre chose. Le très bon emplacement ne justifie pas tout.
