Villa K is modern architecture with a clear private access to the crystal clear sea !! Wonderful open view on islands. Shadowy pine trees and garden
The ground and second floor are totally independant for the guests (4 rooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace, pontoon).
Perfect for group of 8/9 friends or family!
The owner lives on the rooftop which is totally independant too, he only uses the pontoon 20 minutes / day and waters the garden once a day.

Beautiful location on the sea

Villa K has an amazing location with steps down to the sea direct from the garden. The outdoor space is beautiful with flower shrubs and pine trees for shade, a fireplace and various outdoor seating areas. The house is a quirky 1980s property, very spacious. The property is not suitable for families with younger children because the bedrooms are separated from each other, but would work for families with teens or groups of friends. The local villages are close by (5 mins drive) with small supermarkets and lovely taverns. Boat hire, water sports hire all within 5 minutes drive. This property is all about the perfect swimming from the bottom of the garden, and the lovely outside space.

Die Zimmer sind alle unabhängig voneinander und sehr kunstvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der wundervolle Ausblick von der Küche aus hat es uns angetan! Außerdem ist diese wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist, dass das Haus an einer der wenigen Küstenstraßen liegt und deshalb die Zufahrt wirklich super ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unaufdringlich, bemüht und geben gute Tipps!

Très belle maison incitant au repos, à farniente . Les pieds dans l’eau , sur le ponton , plongeon au coucher du soleil ou au lever ou sous la lune avec les éclairages sous marins ! Maison très facile à vivre, grands espaces et coins pour s’isoler sous les pins. Longue soirée au clair de lune après le barbecue . De belles vacances .

Had a fantastic time in this terrific villa!

My friends and I had a spectacular time hanging out at this villa for a few days. The host, ‘Stan the man, the host with the most’ was nothing short of amazing. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a little something out of the ordinary.
