TrÚs bon séjour, l'appartement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.Nous avons apprécié sa fraicheur lors des grosses chaleurs estivales à l'extérieur.TrÚs belle vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse.La cuisine est trÚs bien équipée et la literie confortable.Effectivement, une route se trouve en contre bas de l'appartement, mais le double vitrage est efficace et nous n'avons pas été dérangé la nuit par le bruit des voitures.

Bon séjour

Grand appartement en bas du village , pas loin du biotop . Belle vue mont blanc du salon . Seul point faible : la route fréquentée entre Sallanches et megeve qui passe juste à cÎté ( mais double vitrage )!

chauffage

l'appartement n'était pas occupé la semaine précédente et le chauffage coupé à notre arrivée vu la température extérieur -15° il a fallu plus d'une journée pour que l'appartement retrouve une température correct

Route trÚs bruyante et ménage fait trÚs partiellement

A notre arrivĂ©e le mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs partiel avec la cuvette/ lunette des toilettes trĂšs sale, plan de travail avec miettes et taches de cafĂ©, micro-onde sale et toiles d'araignĂ©es qui ne dataient pas de quelques semaines. Alors qu'on nous oblige Ă  payer un forfait mĂ©nage de 50€! La propriĂ©taire m'a juste dit que le mĂ©nage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©vu par l'agence et qu'elle avait fait ce qu'elle a pu...sans compensation! En contre bas de l'immeuble il y a une route trĂšs passante en journĂ©e dĂšs 6h30. Il faut prĂ©voir des bouchons d'oreilles ( il faut savoir que nous n'en mettons jamais, on a dĂ» en acheter) pour espĂ©rer dormir un peu le matin, en plus de la route les voisins se lĂšvent tĂŽt et on suit tout ce qu'ils font Ă  l'oreille!!! La terrasse a une vue splendide gĂąchĂ©e par le bruit de la route...
